Your ally on the road

When you’re on the road, anything can happen.
With DriveScape, you have a trusted source of video to help you share your story and stay on the road.

When driving with Uber:

DriveScape’s integration with Uber helps you easily send relevant video for an incident without taking time off the road to find the right footage to send.

You’re in control of your video

Drivescape has a unique connection to your Uber account and can automatically differentiate between your trips that are on Uber-time and personal-time.
Uber cannot access your personal-time footage and will only review Uber-time footage that you have approved.
The DriveScape device saves video while you’re driving, so if you or a rider report an incident, the footage can be pulled automatically.

If you or a rider reports a crash or another incident for a certain ride:

  • You choose whether to share video
  • Videos are not shared with riders

On your own time:

Get footage if you need to prove you’re not at fault.
When you’re driving on your own time, the DriveScape device will only send video to your phone if you press the Bookmark Button, if there is a hard- braking event, or if you’re in an accident.
On your personal time, you have control of both road-facing and cabin-facing recording.

Tip! We recommend keeping video recording on so you have the footage in case of an incident.

If you record video on your own time:

  • You can see all of your personal-time videos in the DriveScape app.
  • Uber cannot access videos from your personal time.

What’s in the box?

| DriveScape device is always recording video so when an incident occurs, the footage is ready to send| | Bookmark Button captures an  incident and sends video from that incident from the DriveScape device
---|---|---|---
| Charger and Cable for high  performance to support reliable video capture| | Cable Clips to help you install the DriveScape device without blocking your view
| Cleaning Wipe to help DriveScape’s sticky backing attaches securely to your windshield| | Removable Window Sticker to let
riders know the trip is being recorded
