Part 1: Intelligent HD Video Ear Cleaning

1. Open Beacenov
   Scan QR code to download APP

2. Open Beacenov APP and Enter the start page.

3. Open the lid the power is on.

Part 2: Connect Product Wi-Fi

1. Connect Product Wi-Fi “Beacenov-XXXX”.

2. Back to Beacenov APP Press the Start to use it.

Accessory Replacement

Spinning to open the fixed ring to replace the ear spoon insert the buckle of ear spoon, spinning to tighten the fixed ring.

1. Insert the buckle.
2. Spinning to tighten the fixed ring.

Part 3: Accessory

1. Shallow-digging ear spoon×2
   Dig the ear canal deeply and swap out a large amount of earwax.

2. Deep-digging ear spoon×2
   Dig the ear canal shallow and remove a small amount of earwax.

3. Umbel ear spoon×2
   Clean up earwax debris.

Part 4: Troubleshooting

Starting up and no response|

1. Ear cleaning rod is designed with a built-in Hall switch. The power is on when the lid is taken. Please try several more times according to the correct boot-up method.
2. After startup, the indicator light flashes blue; The blue light is always on after Wi-Fi is successfully connected.
3. Please keep away from strong magnetic environment, so that Hall switch can switch on and off normally.

Unable to start when the battery is low. Please use the matching charging cable for charging.
Camera does not turn on|

1. Ensure the app is connected to the correct Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi Name: Beacenov-xxxx)
2. Press the start button in the app and the camera will turn on.
3. If the camera does not turn on after correct operation, please restart the ear cleaning rod.

APP quits quickly| Delete the existing APP and re-scan the QR code for installation
The installation of accessories and tools is not smooth| First align ear spoon with lens tube. Then insert the buckle of ear spoon, and spinning to tighten the fixed ring.
Rod’s power indicator is orange| The indicator light flashes orange when the battery is low. Please use the matching charging cable for charging about 1.5h.
The product failed to display the real-time image after successfully connecting the Beacenov APP| Disconnect the phone from Wi-Fi, restart ear clean rod and reconnect the Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi connection is unstable, sometimes it is disconnected in seconds| Restart ear clean rod, reconnect Beacenov APP
If the above operation still fails to solve the problem, please contact Beacenov Customer Service for further assistance.

1. When cleaning lens, please wipe it carefully with professional cotton swab.
2. Please don’t use the product while you are moving, and protect from being hit by others.
3. This product is unsuitable for children under 3 years old.
4. It is forbidden for children to use this product alone, in order to avoid accidental harm.
5. Please do not put the product in liquid to avoid damage.
6. Product built-in rechargeable lithium battery. So it must be recharged once a month If it is not used frequently.
7. Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight, especially the accessories in the accessory barrel, so as not to soften.
8. During using this product ,the temperature of the product will rise slightly (up to 35 degree), please rest assured to use.
9. To ensure the best experience, please keep the child in a sitting position and operate the product horizontally.
