Can you hear music from one headphone but not the other? Reset and ReSync the Left and Right headphones:
- Place both headphones into the charging case. Make sure BOTH headphones have a pulsing blue light.
- Tap and hold on both headphones for 5 seconds while they are docked in the case until they BOTH flash blue and white.
- Take both headphones out of the charging case at the SAME time and hold them directly touching each other to initiate Left and Right headphone connection. ALERT: If the earbuds do not touch each other they will NOT sync properly!
Note: To avoid having to reconnect the headphones. Return the headphones in the case properly and make sure the LED on each headphone pulses blue upon docking. See “Charging Headphones’:
SONICLINK BACK MEMORY: The HyperSonic can remember up to 2 of your previously paired Bluetooth devices. Insert your HyperSonic earbuds into the case. To re-pair your HyperSonic to a previously paired device, then turn OFF the Bluetooth from the most recently paired device. Now, turn-ON the Bluetooth of your previously paired device. Take off the HyperSonic earbuds from the case. The earbuds will search for all the previously paired devices and will automatically pair to your device. Please note that this feature will not work whenever the HyperSonic earbuds are ReSync as previously described.
