Parts List

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

1. Rear-axle Installation

Flip the vehicle over and lay it on a level surface.
Slide the rear axle through the car body.

2. Driving motors and driving wheels Installation

Please match the & ‘R’ on the motors with the ‘V& ‘R” on the car body. Connect the driving motors’ wires accordingly. Slide the driving motors onto the axle accordingly.
Then put the driving wheel, secure it with a washer and a cotter Snap the wheel cover onto each wheel.

3. Front wheels Installation
Slide a washer and front wheel onto the front axle. then secure it with another washer and cotter. Repeat on the other side.
Snap the wheel cover onto each wheel.

4. Steering rod Installation
Slide the steering rod through the car body and hook It onto the front axle. Make sure the steering rod is routed all the way into the steering wheel mount.
Secure the steering rod to the floor with the nut and bolt set.

5. Battery wires connect
Insert the red wire into the red terminal on the battery.

6. Dashboard Installation
Slide the dashboard through the steering rod. secure it with the 4 screws.

7. Steering wheel Installation
Join the connector from the steering wheel to the connector from the dashboard. Remove the bolt and nut from the steering wheel.
Secure the steering wheel to the rod with the bolt and nut.

8. Car seat and Backrest decoration Installation
Press down the backrest decoration into the relative holes on the car body. Secure the car seat with the screw.

9. Install the mirrors. Mercedes-Benz logo and front bumper decoration into the relative holes. Please note the ‘IR’ on the decoration

10. Secure the left and right holders into the relative holes with screws.

Warning!

  • For the remote control function. please make reference to the instruction in the remote control box.
  • To avoid gearbox and motor damage, ensure the vehicle has completely stopped when shifting gears.
  • Running function: Set in the switch in forward, the vehicle will move forward when you step on the “foot pedal switch”. Set it in a backward state. the vehicle will run backward. Set the switch in the middle, the vehicle can not move. (If the car has a remote control function, you can also control the car with the controller)

Charging must be done by adults!
Warning!
To avoid fires and electric shock:
—Only allowed to use the battery and charger prescribed by the manufacturer. Prohibit using the other brand
–Do not put the battery and charger in other products.
–It is not allowed to change the line structure privately.
—Do not link positive terminal and negative terminal by any conductor
—Please keep the battery dry, far away from any liquid
—When charging, do not smoke nearby, any flames may cause an explosion.
—Please charge the vehicle is a well ventilated, dry area

Charging precautions

  • Batteries can not be reversed.
  • Battery type: closed dry battery.
  • Please check the charger, battery, and plug before charging, if any damage is found, stop using unless repair is intact.
  • It’s normal for battery heating in the charging process, if the temperature is too high, please check whether the current flow is too strong or the battery internal short-circuit
  • To avoid likely damage caused by the battery to a child, must fix the battery with platen
  • If the vehicle is unused for a long time, it must be fully charged and charged once each month to ensure battery life.
  • Batteries are only to be charged by adults or children at least 8 years old.
  • The batteries of the remote controller arc non-rechargeable, do not charge them.

Batteries should be installed with the correct polarity. Do not mix different types of batteries or new and used batteries. Exhausted batteries must be removed from the vehicle.

When charging, turn off the power switch.
Before first use, recommend charging 4 to 6 hours but not more than 10 hours
When the vehicle speed slows down obviously, indicating the battery is low please charge.
After use. please charge 8 to 12 hours, not exceeding 20 hours.

  1. The maximum loading capacity of this vehicle is 30KGS and can take only one child.
  2. This Vehicle is suitable for children aged 37-96 months.
  3. Please use this vehicle under the guidance and supervision of an adult. Prohibited to use this vehicle on the road, slopes, highway, and other dangerous places. Also prohibited to use this vehicle near swimming pool or any other water area. When driving, children should keep shoes on and wear helmets and should be seated in the seat and fasten the seat belt.
  4. This vehicle can only use the batteries and chargers that are approved by the manufacturer.
  5. Please keep the vehicle far away from the fire.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: The car will not move
Answer 1: Please make sure the charger has been removed from the car charging point
Answer 2: The battery is low on charge. Please charge for 8-12 hours but not exceeding 20 hours
Charge at least once a month to keep the cells active.

To avoid fuse cut off the power:

  1. Max:30kgs.overload is forbidden
  2. Do not drag any item behind this product.
  3. Do not allow water or other liquids to dip the electrical parts.
  4. Do not change the line system by yourself.

Answer 3: driving wheel nuts loose
If the nut is not locked tightly, the motor can not work. Please lock the nut tightly with a wrench.
Answer 4:the battery plug-ins or wires lose Make sure the battery plug-ins have connected correctly, wire without losing Answer 5:banery is broken Please contact the agent or manufacturer
Answer 6:car body wiring has been damaged please contact the agent or manufacturer
Answer 7:the motor is damaged Please contact the agent or manufacturer

Problem: unable to charge
Answer 1:the battery plug-ins lose Make sure the battery terminals have connected with the wires tightly
Answer 2:the charger is not inserted in place Make sure the charger is plugged into the power outlet properly{ensure the power outlet switch turn on}
Answer 3:the charger can not work normally If the charger no warmed, please contact the agent or manufacturer

Problem: vehicle run for a short time
Answer 1:the battery is not fully charged.
The charging time is not enough. please charge in time after each use.
Recommend to charge 8 to 12 hours but not exceeding 20 hours.
Answer 2:battery aging Battery service life:1-3 years.otherwise.change a new one.

Problem: charger makes a buzzing sound while charging This is normal.
Problem: charger heating phenomenon This is normal.if the battery temperature is too high, please check whether the current flow is too strong or the battery internal short-circuit

Note on Safety

  1. This vehicle is not suitable for children under 36 months. Please use this vehicle under the supervision of adults.
  2. Please keep this vehicle far from the pool, highway. slopes or other dangerous places
  3. To avoid gearbox and motor damage. ensure the vehicle has completely stopped when shifting gears.
  4. Before using. parents should check the main part: battery. charger, wires, plugs, shell, and other parts for not damaging: screw loose whether: At there are potential security risks. Any damage found. stop using until well repaired.
  5. To avoid rust lubricate the iron parts with lubricating oil after using them for some time.
  6. The vehicle should be kept away from fire and long-term light side-up for the shortage. upside down
  7. Do not use the fuse not matching the product.
  8. Do not change the wiring system by yourself. the repair work must be carried out under the guidance of professionals and technical staff.
