QUICK START GUIDE

  1. First, let’s make sure your bracelet is charged or has a battery. Slightly touch your bracelet to wake it up. Connect it to the charger. When it stops blinking, you’re ready to connect.
    PS: Since it is forbidden to ship battery from abroad to some countries and regions, you may need to purchase new batteries in your area. The model of the battery is CR1225.

  2. Download the TO1WOO app from Apple Store or Google Play. Follow the instructions to connect your jewelry with the app. Make sure to tum on your location and Bluetooth. Otherwise, your device will not be able to pair with your jewelry.

  3. Follow the instructions on the app to pair with your partner, if you have purchased a couple’s jewelry. The smart jewelry only works when it’s connected to the app and the app is running.

  4. For Moment Seine Remote Collection, you don’t need to download the TO1WOO app. It will work after you connect the TO1WOO jewelry with the Bluetooth on your phone.

WARRANTY POLICY

All TOTWOO jewelry has been tested strictly to meet international standards and certifications.
TOTWOO Limited Warranty covers your products and accessories against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of original purchase of the product.
Please keep your receipt for any warranty service. After the limited warranty has expired, we offer paid repair services.
Please note that accidental damages such as scratches, dents and broken pendants are not covered by warranty. Similarly, silver oxidation, which normally happens to silver products, is not covered by warranty.

Q. Will the TOTWOO smart jewelry work if they are far apart?
A. Yes, as long as the TO1WOO smart jewelry is correctly set up within the app with either Wi1i or mobile connection, you’ll be able to connect with each other. No matter what the distance between the two of you is.

Q. Having connection problems with your app?
If anyone is having a problem connecting, try turning your Location on and the Bluetooth at the same time.

PS: The smart jewelry only works when it’s connected with the app and the app is running.

Q. How far apart can I keep my TOTWOO smart jewelry and my phone?
A. At this time our bracelets have approximately a 10 ft. or 1 meter range. If you wander off too far from your phone you will not be able to send or receive messages.

Q. Can I go swimming or take a shower with my Totwoo?
may wear and use your TO1WOO during exercise (exposure to sweat is OK), in the rain, and while washing your hands. However, submerging TO1WO isn’t recommended.

Q. How long does the battery last?
A. Depending on how frequently you use it.

  • Charging version: Around 1 hour to fully charge and it can last 48-72 hours
  • Button battery: 7-14 days
    PS: The button battery type is CR1225, you can purchase it online or from your local grocery store.
