Quick Start Guide
- Charge totwoo smart jewelry with Charging Cable or Charging Case. In a well-ventilated area, plug the included Charging Cable or Charging Case into a power adapter, and then plug it into a power outlet. When using the Charging Cable, plug the Cable into totwoo smart jewelry. When using the Charging Case, position the back of totwoo smart jewelry on the Charging Case. When the Jewelry is charging, you II see a red light. When the Jewelry is fully charged, the light will turn green. totwoo smart jewelry with Battery. Place the included battery into totwoo smart jewelry. Touch the Jewelry face for 1 second until the charging light starts to flash. The battery is low and needs to be replaced with a new one when the charging light does not flash. PS: Since it is forbidden to ship battery from abroad to some countries and regions, you may need to purchase new batteries. The model of the battery is CR1225.
- Download the totwoo App from App Store or Google Play. Follow the instructions to connect your jewelry with the app. Make sure to turn on your location and Bluetooth.
- Follow the instructions on the app to pair with your partner, if you have purchased a couple’s jewelry. The smart jewelry only works when it’s connected to the app and the app is running.
Warranty Policy
All totwoo jewelry has been tested strictly to meet international standards and certifications. totwoo Limited Warranty covers your products and accessories against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase of the product. Please keep your receipt for any warranty service. After the limited warranty has expired, we offer paid repair services. Please note that accidental damages such as scratches, dents and broken pendants are not covered by warranty. Similarly, silver oxidation, which normally happens to silver products, is not covered by warranty.
