Product Introduction

Thank you for using the Retekess TD163 guest paging system, it consists of 1 keyboard transmitter and 20 coaster pagers. Each one keyboard transmitter can expand 998 coaster pagers. It is widely used in fast food restaurants, coffee houses, pizza shops, 4S stores, churches and other places where there are many guests waiting for their services. The system improves overall efficiency and customer satisfaction, reduces labor costs, and enhances the image.

How to use the coaster paging system?

  1. Guests come to the restaurant and make an order. The waiter gives each guest a coaster pager; each pager has a specific ID (No.1~998).
  2. When the order is ready, the waiter at the counter can press the number on the transmitter, the corresponding pager will vibrate, beep or flash to remind the customer to pick up the order.

Product Overview

Operating Instructions

Power On
Connect the power supply of the keyboard transmitter, the display will light up.
Put the pagers on charging slots and connect the power source. In the charging mode, the indicator light of the pager is always on.
The indicator light flashes while in standby mode. “Lo” will be displayed on the digital tube when the pager with a low battery.
The pagers could be powered on by putting back them to the charging slot while the keypad transmitter connects the power.

Power Off
Put the pagers on the charging slots, press “999” and then the CALL button to turn off all the pagers in the charging slots.
All the pagers in the charging slots will be in the charging mode (there is no number shown on the digital tube). Then disconnect the power source. Don’t make the pagers charge or be in standby mode for a long time when they are not used. Otherwise, it will reduce the battery performance.

Call Pager

Make sure the pager is on standby mode, input the corresponding ID number through the keyboard, then press the call button, the pager will beep/ vibrate/flash according to the prompt mode.

The pager will stop beeping/vibrating/flashing once put it back to the charging slot.

Settings

  1. Keypad ID Setting (F1)
    Press Tall” and “Delete” buttons at the same time to enter the setting mode, “Fl” show on display.
    Press the “Call” button to enter the sub-menu, “0” shows on the display. Enter the ID number through Keypad (1-999).
    Press the “Call” button to confirm and it will return back to “Fl”.

  2. Paring Pager ID Setting (F2) Press Tall” and “Delete” buttons at the same time to enter the setting mode, –F1″ shows on display, enter number “2′ through the keypad, –F2″ shows on display. Press the “Call” button to enter sub-menu, –0″ shows on display. Enter the ID number through Keypad (1-998). Remove the pager from the charging slot. and press the tall” button within 5s. at the same time, the pager flashes and beeps. It means to be set succe­ssfully. Then it will return back to “E2”.

  3. Prompt Time Setting (F3)
    Press tall” and “Delete” buttons at the same time to enter the setting mode, “F1” shows on display, enter number “3′ through the keypad, T3″ shows on display. Press the tall” button to enter sub-menu, –0″ shows on display. Enter the desired reminder duration through Keypad (0-250s, if you set Os, the pager will not stop automatically until you put it back to the charging slot) Remove the pagers from charging slots, and press –Car button within 5s, at the same time, the pagers flash and beep. It means to be set successfully. Then it will return back to “ES” automatically.

  4. Beep Prompt Speed Setting (F4)
    Press “Call” and “Delete” buttons at the same time to enter the setting mode, “F1” shows on display, enter number “4” through the keypad, T4″ shows on display. Press the tall” button to enter sub-menu, –0″ shows on display. Enter the desired value (0 for turn-off beep. 1 for slow mode, 2 for medium speed. 3 for fast mode). Remove the pagers from charging slots, and press the “Car button within 5s, at the same time, the pagers flash and beep. It means to be set successfully. Then it will return back to “F4” automatically.

  5. Vibration Prompt Setting (F5)
    Press tall” and –Delete” buttons at the same time to enter the setting mode, “F1” shows on display. enter number “5” through the keypad, “F5″ shows on display. Press the tall” button to enter sub-menu, –0″ shows on display. Enter the desired value (0 for turn off vibration, other values for tum on vibration mode). Remove the pagers from charging slots, and press talr button within 5s, at the same time, the pagers flash and beep. It means to be set successfully. Then it will return back to “F5” automatically.

  6. Flash Prompt Speed Setting (F6) Press tall” and –Delete” buttons at the same time to enter the setting mode, –F1′ shows on display, enter number “6” through the keypad, T6′ shows on the display. Press the “Call” button to enter the sub-menu, “0” shows on the display. Enter the desired value (0 for turn off flash, 1 for slow mode. 2 for fast mode, 3 for breathing light mode). Remove the pagers from charging slots, and press the tall’ button within 5s, at the same time, the pagers flash and beep. It means to be set successfully. Then it will return back to T6″ automatically.
    After all the settings are completed, press the “Delete” button to return to the Call state.

Radio License (if appropriate)
Governments keep the radios in classification, business radios operate on radio frequencies that are regulated by the local radio management depart­ments (FCC. ISED. OFCOM. ANFR. BFTK, Bundesnetzagentur…).

To transmit on these frequencies, you are required to have a license issued by them. For the detailed classification and the use of your radios, please contact the local government radio management departments.

Use of this radio outside the country where it was intended to be distributed is subject to government regulations and may be prohibited.

Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance may void the user’s authority granted by the local govem­ment radio management departments to operate this radio and should not be made.
