Product Overview

Thank you for choosing Xiaomi 10W Wireless Power Bank 10000. This product is a high-capacity wireless charger that hosts a lithium-ion polymer battery and a charging and discharging chip with excellent performance in safety, efficiency, and compatibility. The product supports both wireless charging and wired charging.

The power bank automatically detects wireless and wired charging and discharging.
Safety: This power bank is equipped with multiple safeguarding technologies to prevent overcharging, over-discharging, overheating, and short circuits in any working condition.
Fast charging: The maximum output power is 22.5 W when using the USB-A port or Type-C port to charge a device. USB-A port or Type-C port supports fast charging with outputs of 5 V/3 A, 9 V/2.23 A, 12 V/1.67 A,10V/2.25A Max.
Compatibility: Built-in smart USB charge controller, compatible with most mobile phones and other devices in the market.
Quality: High-quality lithium polymer battery and a durable charging and discharging chip.

Charging

Please connect via a Type-C port when charging with a Xiaomi charger and charging cable. When charging, the indicator displays the battery level as follows:

Discharging

The product supports wireless and wired discharging simultaneously.
When discharging, the indicator displays the battery level as follows:

Low-current discharge: When the power bank is not charging, double press the battery level check button to enter low-current discharge mode. In this mode, it can be used for charging small devices such as Bluetooth headsets and smart bands, and the indicators will be lit one by one. To exit the low-current discharge mode, press the battery level check button. The device will automatically exit this mode are two hours.

Wireless charging will be activated automatically once the mobile phone is placed on the pad (no need to press the battery level check button). You can also enable wireless charging by pressing or double pressing the battery level check button/connecting the power adapter to the power bank (The power bank will be on standby for wireless  charging if the wireless charging indicator lights up.). To turn off the wireless charging function, press and hold the battery level check.

When the power bank is not being charged, you can press the battery level check button to enable the wireless charging function. The wireless charging function will be disabled if no device that supports wireless charging is detected after approx. 30 seconds. If a device is detected but then removed from the wireless charging pad, the wireless charging function will be disabled after approx. 30 seconds, and then the power bank enters into the sleep mode*. During the sleep mode, the power bank will automatically detect whether any device that supports wireless charging is on the wireless charging pad. Once detected, the wireless charging function will be enabled, and the power bank will start to charge the device.

• Sleep mode: Both the wireless charging indicator and the battery level indicators are off.

Keep your phone centered on the wireless charging pad when charging wirelessly. If the phone does not begin charging right away, adjust the position until its charging icon appears. Refer to the figure below for proper device placement.

Improper use may result in battery failure, overheating, and even fire or explosion.
To ensure your safety and minimize the risk of personal injury and property damage, please observe the following precautions:

• This product is not a toy. Please keep it out of reach of children at all times to avoid accidents.
• Make sure the charger for the power bank complies with the local safety standards to prevent electric shock or damage to the battery.
• Do not expose this power bank to pressure, impact, strong vibrations, or liquids.
• Any of these occurrences may lead to a short circuit or cause damage to the battery or electrical circuit. When this happens, stop using the power bank immediately, and dispose of it properly.
• When this power bank becomes swollen, deformed, starts to leak, or its capacity is significantly reduced, please stop using it immediately and dispose of it properly.
• Do not charge or discharge this power bank in places that affect its heat dissipation, such as in the pocket of pants, a closed bag, nor on a bed or sofa.
• Make sure it is not covered by clothes, pillows, bedding, or other items, so as to ensure good heat dissipation from phones and other devices.
• Do not dismantle, crush, puncture, or short circuit the product or expose it to liquids, fire, heat sources such as stoves, heaters, or an environment with an ambient temperature higher than 60°C (140°F).
• When it is hot, do not leave this power bank in a car or other places in direct sunlight.
• This power bank contains a lithium polymer battery. Opening the casing is strictly prohibited so as to avoid battery damage or safety hazards.
• Do not use phones or other devices while they are wirelessly charging on the charging pad

Precautions

• Please fully charge this product before using it for the first time.

• Select the appropriate charger and USB cable (Mi brands are recommended) when charging the power bank or using it to charge other devices.

• When using the power bank to wirelessly charge a device that has a protective
  case, make sure the case is non-metallic and has a thickness of 4 mm or less.

• If a power adapter is used to charge the power bank while wirelessly charging a device, the adapter must meet the following requirements:
  1. Have an output of 5 V/1 A or above, or Quick Charge (QC) 2.0, and support 5 W wireless charging.
  2. Have an output of 9 V or 12 V, or Quick Charge (QC) 3.0, and support 10 W wireless charging.

• Do not leave this power bank unattended while charging, and unplug it from the power supply before going out or leaving it unattended for a long time.

• When this power bank is fully charged or it fully charges other devices, unplug the cable in a timely manner. After using the wireless charging function to fully charge another device, remove devices in time from the power bank to avoid power consumption of the power bank.

• When the battery level is not displayed after pressing the button, it may be because the power bank is in a protective state. Try plugging in an external charger to restore the power bank.

• When not using this power bank for a long time, please keep its battery level in the range of about 25-50%, and store it in a cool and dry environment. Avoid long-term storage of this product at a full or empty battery level to extend the battery life.

• Do not place cards with a magnetic stripe or chip (such as an ID or bank card) near the product, as this could damage the card.

• Keep implanted medical devices including pacemakers, cochlear implants at least 20 cm away from the power bank at all times in order to avoid potential interference with such devices.
