Setup your camera by SiMPNiC App

Preparation

1. Download SiMPNiC App Scan QR code to download the latest version of SiMPNiC App on App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
   

2. Connect your mobile to Wi-Fi 2.4GHz network Please install your camera within Wi-Fi signal range.
   ※ Live video quality is related to Wi-Fi signal quality

3. Plug in micro USB cable and USB power adapter to power on your camera.
   Connect your camera to Wi-Fi router

4. ④ Open SiMPNiC App and follow the instructions to setup your account.

5. Select “Smart Camera” and follow the steps accordingly.

6. Hold reset button for 6 seconds. It will take about 1 minute to reset and reboot. The LED indicator will blink red.

7. Double check your Wi-Fi SSID and enter your Wi-Fi password.
   ※ Your camera can only connect to Wi-Fi 2.4GHz.

8. SiMPNiC App will generate a QR Code automatically. Enable your camera to scan the QR code on your mobile (around 10-15 cm).
   

9. The LED indicator will blink blue and you will hear a signal tone.

10. The LED indicator will light in solid blue and you will hear another signal tone.
    ※ If LED indicator constantly blinks blue for some time and you hear the signal tone repeatedly, please try again from step ⑥ and reset your camera.

11. Confirm “LED indicator is solid blue” and click “Next”.
    Add your Camera to SiMPNiC App

12. SiMPNiC App will find your camera automatically.
    ※ You can also scan the QR code on camera bottom label to add your camera to SiMPNiC App.

13. Login with default password “admin” and setup a new password.
    ※ Please save your password carefully.

14. You will find your camera in the list.

LED Indicator Status

Dim blue | Solid red| Power on and initiating the camera.
---|---
Red blinking| Standby to scan QR Code for establishing Wi-Fi connection.
Blue blinking| Trying to establish Wi-Fi connection.
Solid blue| Wi-Fi connection is established.

  Thank you for your interest in the products and services of SiMPNiC. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from SiMPNiC.

• What does this limited warranty cover?
  This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, SiMPNiC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

• What will we do to correct problems?
  SiMPNiC will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

• How long does the coverage last?
  The warranty period for physical goods purchased from SiMPNiC is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

• What does this limited warranty not cover?
  This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

• What do you have to do?
  To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
