No Sound Recorded?
Step1: Paired?
When powering on, if the blue/green indicator of the receiver does not light
up (instead of light yellow), it means that the transmitter and the receiver
aren’t successfully paired. You need to match again.
(Please power off the receiver)
- Press both “-” “ ” of the transmitter for 3s and display flashes;
- Turn on the receiver, the indicator will flash 3 times;
- Short press “ ” of the transmitter. The indicator of the receiver will keep on and the pairing finished.

flashes, the receiver must be turned off at this time.| Turn on the receiver,
the indicator will flash 4 times.| Press the power button of the transmitter.

Step2: Any sound when Monitoring?
If the blue/green indicator of the receiver lights up when power is on, it means the transmitter and the receiver are successfully paired.
Please insert an earphone to of the receiver to check whether there is sound. Note:
- If your headset has a 4-pole connector, you cannot insert all the plugs, there should be room for a pole (Please check the picture above);
- If your headset has a 3-pole connector, you need to insert hole plugs.
No sound when monitoring?
- If the green/blue indicator of the receiver lights up but there is no sound from the earphone, please check whether the lavalier microphone of the transmitter is connected correctly, or whether the lavalier microphone is damaged.
- Please check whether the volume of the receiver is turned off. Adjust the “+” button to turn up the volume.
There is sound when monitoring?
If both connection and pairing are correct and the lavalier microphone is not damaged.
- If there is sound from the earphone when monitoring, the microphone is fine, it might be the problem of the connection between the receiver and recording device. Please check whether the 3.5mm output cable is properly connected to the camera and other filming devices.
WRONG CONNECTION
CORRECT CONNECTION
2. Then please check if you have disabled the external microphone in the
general settings.
3. For Android phones, since external microphones are restricted by original
recording apps, it requires downloading 3rd party recording apps.
4. For those Android phones without a 3.5mm jack, it requires an extra Type-
C audio cable, please make sure that the cable supports recording (Not
included in the package).
5. For Samsung phones, if there is no sound recorded, it requires a USB-C
converter, and please make sure the correct connection order: Firstly, connect
the TRRS cable to the phone and then connect the other end to Receiver.
Got hissing noise?
Here are might be the reasons if you got hissing noise.

Signal interference.
Please short press the transmitter power button to switch channels, and try to stay away from other electronic devices, like microwave ovens and induction cookers. -
High volume makes high white noise.
Please adjust the volume to a proper level by monitoring with a headphone. -

Please try to charge your shooting equipment and microphone system before shooting.
A low battery will reduce the signal and sound quality -
Please check if your cables are tightly connected.

Other Notes
- Do not use the product beyond the actual usage distance, otherwise, it will cause recording failure or discontinuous signal (sound).
- Do not place the Lavalier microphone too close to the sound source. Normally keep it at 15-20cm, otherwise, it will cause sound distortion.
- Do not record when there are too many obstacles or blocked by people, it may easily interfere or block the signals, causing signal (sound) disruptions when recording.
- The volume output of the microphone should not be set too high. The volume level of the filming devices should not be set too high either. Try to set and match multiple times until you find the proper volume.
- For camera recording, please adjust the total volume of the camera microphone to 1/3 or 40% for better sound quality.
