  3. In the pop-up Bluetooth list, select the Bluetooth name (starting with MAXBATTERYxxx) of the battery tester to be paired.
  4.  After pairing, it can be used normally.

Battery Health Test

Used to analyze the health status of the automobile battery, calculate the actual cold starting ability of the battery, judge the aging degree of the battery, and provide reliable analysis basis for the test and maintenance of the battery.

Note: For any doubt on battery type, tap the link on the bottom of the screen to learn how to identify it.
Note: Floating electricity indicates the virtual power left by the car when it is started. If floating electricity is detected, please turn on the headlamp to remove it.

Start System Test

It is mainly to detect and analyze the starting motor, detect the actual starting current and starting voltage required by the starting motor, so as to judge whether the starting motor is normal or not. Problems with the starting motor may be caused by the following: the lubrication system is faulty, causing the motor to start with the increase of load torque, the rotor of the starting motor sweeps the bore, resulting in the increase of self friction of starting motor.

Note: The battery health test must be done before performing this test.

  1. Tap Start System Test. Turn off all electrical components, including lights, radio A/C, etc., and stop the engine before the test, tap OK to confirm.
  2. Start the engine according to the prompts on the screen. After the start, the system will display the start voltage detection result.

Charging Health Test

This function mainly detects and analyzes the vehicle charging system, including generator, rectifier, rectifier diode, etc. Through this test, we can determine if the output voltage of the generator, the rectifier diode, and the charging current is normal.
If one of the above-mentioned parts is not normal, it will lead to overcharge or undercharge of the battery, thus the battery will be rapidly damaged and also greatly shorten the service life of other loaded electrical appliances.
Note: The battery health test must be done before performing this test.

Note: On-load voltage shown in the test result indicates the charging voltage when there is a load. It evaluates the on-load capacity of the generator. When different auto parts are opened, the load voltage will be generated. The on-load voltage will greatly vary depending on the auto parts being opened.
