Product introduction

Connection methods
- Please keep the distance between the earphones and the mobile device within 1 meter;
- Press and hold the multi-function key of the earphones for about 3 seconds and the earphones will turn on (the indicator will flash green), after which they will automatically enter the pairing mode (red and green lights will flash alternately);
- Search for the “MIIIW-W300” device with your mobile device, and choose to connect directly when the earphones are found. After successfully connected, the indicator will turn off and will not flash red or green any longer;
- If pairing fails, please repeat the above procedures;
- If pairing is successful, the earphones will automatically reconnect with your previously connected mobile device whenever the Bluetooth function is turned on.
- Earphones reset: In the unconnected standby/pairing state, click the multi-function key twice, the earphones’ indicator light will flash red once, signaling that the pairing information has been cleared, after which the earphones will turn off.
Function and operation introduction
Power on: Press and hold the multi-function key for about 2 seconds to
turn the earphones on. This will be signaled by the indicator light flashing
green.
Power off: Press and hold the multi-function key for about 3 seconds to
turn the earphones off. This will be signaled by the indicator light flashing
red.
Connecting
Pairing search: the earphones automatically enter the pairing search when
they are powered on. This will be signaled by the indicator light flashing red
and green alternately.
Successful pairing: the green light will stay on for 3 seconds and then
turn off.
Connecting two mobile devices: One pair of wireless earphones can be
connected to two mobile devices simultaneously.
Operation: after successfully connecting with the first mobile device,
turn off its Bluetooth; then connect the second mobile device; after the
second mobile device is successfully connected, turn on the Bluetooth of the
first mobile device; at this time, the earphones will be simultaneously
connected with both mobile devices.
Phone calls
Answering a call: short press the multi-function key to receive an
incoming call.
Hanging up a call: short press the multi-function key during the call.
Rejecting a call: long press the Vol- key for 2 seconds to reject the
incoming call.
Transferring a call: Press and hold the Vol+ key for about 2 seconds
during a call to switch between the earphones and the mobile device.
Last number redial: in the standby state, double-click the multi-function
key.
Three-way calls: When the first call is active, and a second call comes
in.
- Click the multi-function key to hang up the current call and answer the second call.
- Double-click the multi-function key to answer the second call while keeping the first call, double-click the multi-function key to switch between the two calls.
Battery notification
Earphones charging: the indicator will show a steady red light when
charging.
Earphones fully charged: the indicator will show a steady green light
when fully charged.
Low battery alarm: when the battery voltage is lower than 3.3V, the red
light will flash, with an alarm tone resembling “du-du-du” every 60 seconds.
Low power shutdown: When the battery voltage is lower than 3.0V, the
earphones will automatically turn off.
Voice assistant
Voice assistant: Press and hold the voice assistant key for about 2 seconds,
and enter the voice function after hearing the sound “du” (note: the mobile
device must have this function).

Warnings
- Please be sure to reasonably control the volume and use time of the earphones.
- Please do not use the earphones in any dangerous
- Please do not listen to music, make or receive a call while driving, or while doing any other activity that requires your full attention.
- Please keep the earphones in a place where children cannot access them to avoid dangers caused by improper use by children.
- Avoid using this product in a damp environment.
- Please immediately stop using the earphone in case of obvious discomfort, irritation, or any other adverse reactions.
- Avoid keeping or using the earphones in an environment where the temperature is lower than -15°C or higher than 55 C, otherwise, the service life of the earphones and their battery will be shortened.
- The earphones use a built-in lithium polymer battery which should not be replaced.
- If the earphones have not been in use for a long time, please remember to fully charge them every three months to maintain battery life.
Troubleshooting

The Bluetooth earphones cannot be paired with a mobile device.
A: Please check whether the earphones are in pairing or reconnecting mode, and check whether the Bluetooth search function on your mobile device is turned on; check the Bluetooth menu on the device and delete/cancel the earphones, and reconnect them in line with the instructions. -
The Bluetooth earphones cannot be activated.
A: Please check the earphones’battery. -
Can the battery of the Bluetooth earphones be replaced?
A: No, these earphones use a built-in lithium polymer battery. -
Can I use the Bluetooth earphones while driving?
A: Due to driving safety, it is not recommended to use them while driving. -
The Bluetooth earphones are disconnected from the phone within 10 meters.
A: Since the Bluetooth earphones use wireless technology, they are sensitive to objects between the earphones and the connected device. Please check if there is any metal or other objects that affect the connection within the connection range. -
After the earphones are connected to the computer or mobile device, no sound can be heard.
A: Please check whether the output channel of the computer is set to use a Bluetooth audio device and whether the Bluetooth of the computer supports the relevant audio protocol, and check the volume of the computer/mobile device. -
Can I use the earphones to control the applications on a mobile device after the Bluetooth earphones have been connected to the mobile device?
A: Because the software settings of the device applications are different, some applications may not support operation by the earphones.
