Button and Indicator description
- Short press the power button to turn on the device, the green light will start to flash. Press the power button again to turn off the sensor, the sensor will turn off after the green and blue light flash alternately for several times.
- When the green light flashes, it means Bluetooth is not connected, when the blue light flashes means Bluetooth is connected.
- When the red light flashes, the battery is running low.
- The red and green light will flash alternately while charging. After fully charged, the green light will stay on.
Charging
put the senses into the corresponding slot in the charging box (‘L’ for left sensor, ‘R’ for right sensor), connect the charging box and the adaptor with USB cable. The red and green light flashing alternately means the sensor is in charging state, when the green light stays on means the sensor is fully charged.
Connect with APP
- Please search for FlashLightPro in Google Play or the App Store to download the App.
- Open the FlashBackPro app (requires Bluetooth to be turned on on your phone) to connect the sensor.
- Short press the power button to turn on the device (indicator light flashing).
- In the app pairing list, select the corresponding ID (left ‘L’ / right ‘R’) to for pairing, after connected successfully, enter the training page.
Wearing
Wearing the sensor correctly will maximum the accuracy for the device.

please pay attention to simple ‘L’ and ‘R’ when wearing.

Put the sensor into the strap

Adjust the length of the strap, and tied into comfortably to your wrist.

Start Training
- Make sure you follow the instructions above.
- The training want you need (quick start, round training) to start your boxing training. The FlashLightPro App will automatically record your punch data.
- If your sensor is disconnected from the app during the training, you can reconnect and find the lost data in “me” in the App, the sensor can save the data for the last 300 punches.

- iOS 8.0 or higher system version, iPhone 5 and above models.
- Android phone: Android 4.3 and above, and BLE 4.0.
