LET’S CONNECT
First Time Pairing
Remove both of the MIXX StreamBuds Micro M2 earbuds from the Portable
charging case 4. They will automatically dual pair with each other. You
may hear ‘Power on’ and then ‘Pairing’.
One of the Earbud LED Lights 2 will flash BLUE to confirm it is in pairing mode. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device to select ‘Mixx Micro M2’ from the list. Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’ and the Earbud LED Light 2 will turn off. You can now enjoy your music, watch a video or take a call hands-free.
After this initial pairing, the earbuds will seamlessly reconnect to the last used Bluetooth audio device it was paired with and will confirm by saying ‘Connected’.
Placing both earbuds back in the Portable Charging Case 5 will power them off.
LET’S ASK GOOGLE OR SIRI
Pair your Bluetooth device with your earbuds.
Triple tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google
Assistant.
Your Voice Assist familiar ‘Beep’ will sound to confirm the connection.
You can now ask Siri or Google Assistant a question or state a command.
LET’S STAY CHARGED
The Earbuds
The StreamBuds Micro M2 earbuds are charged using the Portable Charging Case
5.
While in this case each Earbud LED Light 2 will be RED and once fully
charged the LED Lights will turn off.
Secure the earbuds by closing the lid.
The Portable Charging Case
Ensure that one or both earbuds are inside the Portable Charging Case 5 to
check the battery status of the case. Remove the earbuds then place them back
into the case.
When the case LED Charge Light 6 flashes BLUE or does not light up then it is time to recharge the Case.
Always charge the case to a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port, or a power bank using the USB Type C charging cable supplied.
The LED Charge Light 6 will flash RED while charging and will then turn off once fully charged.
This can take up to 1 to 2 hours.
LET’S PLAY
First Time Pairing
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case.

Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device to select ‘MIXX Micro M2’ from the list.
Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’.
Play / Pause
Double-tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3.
Lower Volume
Single tap LEFT 1 Touch Sensor
Increase Volume
Single tap RIGHT 3 Touch Sensor
Previous Track
Tap and hold LEFT 1 Touch Sensor
Skip Track
Tap and hold RIGHT 3 Touch Sensor
Answer / End Call
Double-tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3.
Decline an incoming call
Tap and hold either Touch Sensor 1 or 3.
Activate Siri or Google Assistant
Triple tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google
Assistant.
Listen for the familiar Voice Assist ‘beep’ then ask a question or state a
command.
Power on
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case and they will
automatically dual pair to each other and will confirm with ‘Connected’.
Power off
Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid to turn
off.
NEED EXTRA HELP?
Common solutions
If you are experiencing problems with your earbuds:
- Power on the earbuds (see Let’s play section’.
- Check the status on the LED Lights (see Let’s stay charged section’.
- Charge the earbuds (see Let’s stay charged section’.
- Move your device closer to the earbuds and away from any obstructions or interference.
- Try connecting to another device.
Question & Answers
Q. While pairing with my phone, I see two ‘MIXX Micro M2’ in my Bluetooth
menu listing?
A. Wait for 4 seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other before
pairing with your device.
If there is still no connection simply ‘forget’ or ‘unpair’ both earbuds in your Bluetooth settings, place them back in the Portable Charging Case 5, and start again.
Q. What smartphone voice assist systems do these earbuds work with?
A. You can connect to Siri or Goo.* Assistant after pairing with your
smartphone.

CAUTION!
Please remove your device from your ears immediately if:
- They emit any loud unusual noise
- You experience a warming sensation
- There is a loss of audio

IMPORTANT!
Do NOT use a non-certified PD or 0C3 wall charger as this may damage the
product. Only use the cable supplied to charge your device.
It May contain small parts which may be a choking hazard. NOT suitable for children under age 6.

To refer all servicing to qualified persons. Servicing may be required when
the product has been damaged in any way, does not operate normally, or has
been dropped.
WARNING: The operating temperature range for this product is 5° – 40°
celsius.
Please avoid exposing the product, charging case, and cable connectors to
prolonged rain, moisture, any splashing, or liquid spills.
This may cause excessive heat or melting and may lead to fire damage or
personal injury.
