LET’S CONNECT

First time pairing

• Automatic dual pairing

• “Power on, pairing”

• Place the earbuds in the Portable Charging Case. See the back of the earbuds to ensure the left (L) and the right (R) earbuds are in their respective slots in the case. Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case .5
  They will automatically dual pair together and a ‘Beep’ will sound.

• One of the Earbud LED lights will flash WHITE to indicate pairing mode. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device to select ‘MIXX StreamBuds Pico’ from the list. Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’ and the Earbud LED Light wil2 l to turn off. You can now enjoy your music, watch a video or take a call hands-free. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last device they were paired with, confirming ‘Connected’.

• Placing both earbuds back in the Portable Charging Case will power them off.

LET’S ASK GOOGLE OR SIRI

• Pair your Bluetooth device with your earbuds. Double-tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google Assistant.
• Your Voice Assist familiar ‘beep’ will sound to confirm the connection.
• You can now ask Siri or Google Assistant a question or state a command.

LET’S STAY CHARGED

The Earbuds

• A voice prompt ‘Battery low’ allows for 2 minutes of playtime before the earbud owers down stating ‘Battery low, power off. The Earbuds LED Lights 2 will each flash WHITE for 5 seconds and will then switch off.
• Charge the earbuds by placing them in the Portable Charging case.
• IMPORTANT! See the back of each earbud to view the l Left (L) and right ( ) letters. Then place them in their respective slots in the charging case and close the lid to charge.
• While charging, the Earbud LED Lights will be WHITE, and once fully charged, the LED Lights will turn off.
• TIP: 15 MINUTE QUICK CHARGE If you’re running low on power, charge your earbuds for 15 minutes and get 2 hours extra playtime while on the go.

The Portable Charging Case

When the earbuds are placed into the Charge Case and the Battery Status Light flashes WHITE 4 times, it is time to recharge the Portable Charging Case. Connect the case to a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port, or a power bank using the USB C charging cable supplied. The Charge Case LED Light will flash RED while charging and will stay solid RED once fully charged. RED once fully charged. This can take up to 2 hours.

LET’S PLAY

• First-Time Pairing Remove both earbuds from the case. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device to select ‘MIXX StreamBuds Pico’ from the list. Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’.
• NOTE: Check the back of the earbuds for (L) and (R) letters to ensure you place them in the correct ears.
• Play / Pause Long press for 2 seconds either Touch Sensor 1 or 3.
• Decrease Volume Single tap LEFT Touch Sensor
• Increase Volume Single tap RIGHT Touch Sensor
• TOP TIP: For better noise isolation, comfort and sound quality ensure the correct sized (S, M or L) ear cushions (supplied) are fitted on the earbuds.
• Answer / End call Long press for 2 seconds either Touch Sensor 1 or 3.
• Decline an incoming call Double-tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3.
• Activate Siri or Google Assistant Double-tap either Touch Sensor 1 or 3 to activate Siri or Google Assistant. Listen for the familiar Voice Assist ‘beep’ then ask a question or state a command.
• Power On Remove both earbuds from the case and they will automatically dual pair together. To manually turn on, long press for 3 seconds each Touch Sensor.
• Power Off Place both earbuds in the case and close the lid. This will automatically turn off the earbuds and the Bluetooth.

Common solutions If you are experiencing problems with your earbuds:

• Power on the earbuds (see page 8).

• Move your device closer to the earbuds and away from any obstructions or interference.

• Q. While pairing with my phone, I see two ‘MIXX StreamBuds Pico’ in my Bluetooth menu listing?
• A. One of the Earbud LED Lights will flash WHITE, wait approximately 4 seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other before pairing with your device. If there is still no connection simply ‘forget’ or ‘unpair’ both earbuds in your Bluetooth settings, place them back in the case, and start again.
• Q. How do I turn on my earbuds without using the charging case?
• A. Long press for 3 seconds both Touch Sensors to manually turn them on.
• Q. What smartphone voice assist systems do these earbuds work with?
• A. Connects with Siri, Google Assistant, or Bixby (depending on your device).

For your protection Ensure the product is correctly connected using the manufacturer’s original accessories included with the product. Please keep the product out of reach from children and animals. Do NOT listen to loud music for a long duration of time.

• Adjust the volume to a comfortable level before listening to avoid hearing damage.

Do NOT use the product while operating machinery, including cars, trucks, or other vehicles. Do NOT use noise-canceling mode or use your device in areas where the use of hearing is required for safety. e.g., while riding a bicycle, at a construction site or railroad, etc. Do NOT drop, short circuit, disassemble or continue to use this product and its portable charging case if damaged.
CAUTION! Please remove your device from your ears immediately if:

• They emit any loud unusual noise
•  You experience a warming sensation
• There is a loss of audio Turn off your device and contact MIXX Limited at support@mixx-io.com.
• IMPORTANT! Do NOT use a non-certified PD or QC3 wall charger as this may damage the product. Only use the cable supplied to charge your device. It  May contain small parts which may be a choking hazard. NOT suitable for children under age 6.
• We recommend Referring all servicing to qualified persons. Servicing may be required when the product has been damaged in any way, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
• WARNING: The operating temperature range for this product is 5º – 40º celsius.  Please avoid exposing the product, charging case, and cable connectors to prolonged rain, moisture, any splashing, or liquid spills.
• This may cause excessive heat or melting and may lead to fire damage or personal injury.
• CAUTION: This product contains a Lithium battery. Incorrect disposal of this battery may result in an explosion.This may cause excessive heat or melting and may lead to fire damage or personal injury.
