SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Intended Use
The device is intended as a sports device for domestic use. The device is not
suitable for therapeutic use and must not be used as a toy.
General information
- The device must not be used by more than one person at the same time.
- Only use the device if you are familiar with the training / operating Instructions.
- The balance board must not be used by people whose physical, mental, or other abilities are so limited that they cannot use the balance board safely. This applies in particular to children and people with physical limitations and/or balance disorders.
- If the balance board is being used by adults or teenagers, it must be ensured that each user is familiar with the handling of the balance board or has been instructed by a supervisor.
- We recommend using the balance board only under the supervision and only if the user is physically and mentally mature. The balance board is therefore unsuitable for children. Children cannot assess the possible dangers of use. Keep the balance board out of the reach of children.
- The device must be placed on a stable and level surface in order to be used safely. Protect the floor with a mat. Do not use the device on sensitive floors that can be damaged by impact.
- Do not use the device in a damp environment such as a pool.
- The safety distance around the device must be at least 3 metres. Keep the floor free of pointed and sharp-edged objects and make sure that these are not protruding into the training area.
- Before using the training programmes, it is imperative that you consult a doctor in order to determine whether you have any physical or health problems which, through the use of the device, could pose a risk to your health and safety, or which may prevent you from using the device properly. Your doctor‘s advice is vital if you are taking any medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol levels.
- Pay attention to your body‘s signals. Incorrect or excessive training can be harmful to your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, chest tightness, irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, dizziness, or nausea. Should you experience any of these conditions, you absolutely must consult a doctor before continuing training.
- Wear appropriate training clothing and training shoes when using the device. Avoid loose clothing as it can get caught in the device. Avoid clothing that could restrict your freedom of movement.
- Keep your back straight while exercising.
Note: The maximum weight of the user is 100 kg.

Important instructions for use
- Warm-up well before starting your workout.
- While you are still unfamiliar with the Balance Board, hold onto a wall to start.
- Always climb up from the side.
- The more central the stoppers, the easier the start.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Wipe the smooth surfaces with a damp cloth to clean. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or solvents.
- Check the device for damage before each use. If the device is visibly damaged, you must no longer use it. Incorrect repairs and structural modifications (e.g. removal or replacement of original parts) can put the device user at risk.
