Getting started
Open the case and place the tip of your index finger between the earbuds. Gently push the earbud you wish to remove to the side and it will pop out of the charging case enabling you to easily remove it.

Pairing your audio device
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case **4** they will
automatically turn on and the Earbud LED Lights **2**will start to flash
BLUE and RED.
You may hear ‘Power on, pairing’ and a ‘beep’ as confirmation the earbuds have
paired together.
One of the Earbud LED Lights will**2**continue to flash blue and RED. The
other earbud will flash BLUE intermittently.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device and select ‘AIWA Prodigy Air
2’ from the list. Once paired successfully with your audio device you will
hear ‘Connected’ and both Earbud LED Lights **2**will flash BLUE. 2 You can
now enjoy your music. After this initial pairing, the earbuds will seamlessly
reconnect to the last used Bluetooth audio device it was paired with and will
confirm by saying ‘Connected’. Place both earbuds (or either one) back in the
Portable Charging Case **4**to power them off.
If there is no Bluetooth connection after 3 minutes the earbuds will
automatically turn off and will confirm with ‘Power off’.
Note: If you see two ‘AIWA Prodigy Air 2’ appear on your Bluetooth menu list
please wait 4 seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other before pairing
with your audio device.
If there is still no connection simply ‘forget’ both earbuds in your Bluetooth
settings, place them back in the Portable Charging Case**4**and start
again.
Adjust the volume
Press and hold for 1 second the right Multi-function Button **3**on the
earbud to increase the volume by 1 level.
Press and hold for 1 second the left Multi-function Button**1**on the
earbud to decrease the volume by 1 level.
1 Change Tracks
Double press the right Multi-function Button**3**on the earbud to skip the
track.
3 Double press the left Multi-function Button **1**on the earbud for the
previous track.
Activate voice assistant
Pair your Bluetooth audio device with your earbuds.
Triple press either Multi-function Button**1**or**2** on the
earbuds.
Listen for the familiar Voice Assistant ‘beep’ to confirm the connection with
Siri or Google Assistant.
You can now ask Google Assistant or Siri a question or state a command.
Google Assistant or Siri may not be available in all languages.
Staying charged
The Earbuds
The AIWA Prodigy Air 2 earbuds are charged using the Portable Charging Case **4.**
While in the charging case each earbud LED Light**2**
will be RED. When fully charged the LED Lights will turn OFF**2.**
Secure the earbuds by closing the charging case lid.
The Portable Charging Case
Viewing the Charge Case LED Indicator Lights **5**will show you how much
charge you have remaining on the case.
The LED Indicator Lights **5**will power on for 6 seconds, each time the
earbuds are placed in or out of the charging case or when the case is being
charged.
If there are no WHITE LED Indicator Lights **5**on when you remove or insert
the earbuds then it is time to recharge the Portable Charging Case**4**.
Always charge the case using a suitable power source such as, a USB wall
charger, computer USB port or power bank using the USB Type C charging cable
supplied.
Each LED charging indicator**5** represents a 25% charge on the case.
The first LED Light indicator **5**will flash WHITE while charging and once
it reaches its 25% charge, it will then remain a solid WHITE as the next LED
indicator light begins to flash and so on.
When all 4 LED indicators **5**are a solid WHITE and remain on then the
charging case is fully charged. 5
This should take approximately 1 – 2 hours.

Earbud control functions
First time pairing
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case.
They will automatically pair with each other and will confirm with ‘Power on,
pairing’.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your audio device to select ‘AIWA Prodigy Air
2’ from the list.
Once paired successfully you will hear ‘Connected’.
Adjust the volume
Press and hold for 1 second:
Right Multi-function Button **1**`` **3**to increase volume.
Left Multi-function Button to decrease volume. 1
Change tracks
Double press:
Right Multi-function Button**1** **3**to skip a track.
Left Multi-function Button to go to the previous track.
Play / Pause / Answer / End Call
Short press either earbud Multi-function Buttons.
Activate voice assistant
Triple press either Multi-function Button **1or 3**on the earbuds.
Listen for the familiar Voice Assist ‘beep’ then ask a question or state a
command.
Power on
Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case and they will
automatically pair to each other and will confirm with ‘Connected’.
If the eabuds switch off while outside the case then press and hold both the
Multi-functional Buttons until the earbuds turn on again.
Power off
Place both earbuds (or either one) in the the Portable Charging Case and close
the lid.

Troubleshooting
Common solutions:
If you are experiencing problems with your earbuds:
- Power on the earbuds (see page 11).
- Check the status on the LED Lights (see page 7).
- Charge the battery (see page 8).
- Move your device closer to the earbuds and away from any obstructions or interference.
- Try connecting to another device.

Q. My earbuds won’t connect to each other / only one earbud is paired with
my phone?
A. Turn off the earbuds by placing them back into the charging case.
Take them out and before they connect to your phone, double press the Multi-
function Buttons on the back of one of the earbuds – this will force it to
look for the other earbud and connect to it.
Safety instructions

Ensure the product is correctly connected using the manufacturer’s original
accessories included with the product. Please keep the product out of reach
from children and animals.
Do not listen to loud music for a long duration of time.
Adjust the volume to a comfortable level before listening.
Do not use the earbuds while operating machinery, including cars.
Do not use in areas where the use of hearing is required for safety.
Do not drop, short circuit, disassemble or continue to use this product and
its portable charging case if damaged.

the product has been damaged in any way, does not operate normally or has been
dropped.
The operating temperature range for this product is 5º – 40º Celsius.
WARNING:
The earbuds, portable charging case and the USB Type C cable connector are not
water-resistant and should not be exposed to rain, moisture, any splashing or
liquid spills.
This may cause excessive heat and may lead to fire damage or personal injury.
CAUTION:
This product contains a Lithium battery. Incorrect disposal of this battery
may result in an explosion.
Recycle
This product can be recycled.
Products bearing this symbol must NOT be thrown away with normal household
waste.
Take the product to a collection point designated for the recycling of
electronic devices.
