Bluetooth Pairing and Connection

  1. When the headset is turned on for the first time, the headset will automatically enter the pairing state, and the indicator light flashes red and blue altemately.

  2. Turn on Bluetooth on the device that needs to be paired with the headset, and click “FitBuds 1” in the Bluetooth list to pair. After successful pairing and connection, the blue light flashes once every 5 seconds.

  3. Each time you turn on the headset, the headset will automatically connect to the last connected device. The connection is successful, and the blue light flashes every 5 seconds. If the connection fails after turning on, the headset will enter the pairing mode, and the red and blue lights will flash alternately.

Pair New Device

Keep the Bluetooth of the last connected device turned off, or ignore this Bluetooth from the previous device, and make the Bluetooth headset reenter the pairing mode. Then enable the new device and turn on the Bluetooth mode to search for the device and connect.

Method of Operation

Recharge

Open the headset Type-C plug cover, connect the
Type-C plug of the data cable to the Type-C socket of the headset, and connect the USB plug to the charger or other electronic devices.

  1. Low battery: The red indicator light flashes quickly.
  2. During charging: the red indicator light is always on.
  3. Charging is complete: the blue indicator light is always on.

Answers for common questions

  1. Bluetooth headset cannot be turned on.
    Reason: The battery of the Bluetooth headset is low or dead.
    Solution: Use the charging cable to charge the Bluetooth headset for more than 1 hour, then try again

  2. The phone cannot search for the Bluetooth earphones.
    Reason: 1. The Bluetooth earphones are not in the power-on pairing state.
    Reason: 2. There is a setting problem with the phone’s Bluetooth.
    Solution: 1. In the off state, long press the Bluetooth headset power button for 3S (that is, the red and blue lights flash alternately) to activate the Bluetooth pairing;
    Solution: 2. After the phone restarts, clear all the pairing data stored in Bluetooth in the phone; search for Bluetooth again.

  3. No sound from earphones speakers.
    Reason: 1. The earphone and mobile phone volume is inappropriate. e.g. the volume has been adjusted to the minimum.
    Reason: 2. The Bluetooth headset is not properly connected to the mobile phone.
    Reason: 3. The Bluetooth headset is not within the limited working range.
    Solution: 1. When the earphone is connected, please press the right earphone to adjust the volume, or press the phone volume key to adjust the volume.
    Solution: 2. The Bluetooth and mobile phone are paired and connected again.
    Solution: 3. Please make sure that the mobile phone and earphones are used within 10 meters, meanwhile there are no obstacles.

  4. The earphone cannot convey the voice or the voice is very low.
    Reason: 1. The Bluetooth headset is too far away from the mouth.
    Reason: 2. The Bluetooth microphone hole is blocked or water has entered.
    Solution: 1. The Bluetooth headset should be wom on the ear for normal use.
    Solution: 2. Remove the blockage of the microphone hole or prevent water from entering it.

  5. The headset is laggy or disconnected when talking or listening to music.
    Reason: 1.
    The Bluetooth headset is low on power, please charge them as soon as possible.
    Reason: 2. The Bluetooth headset is too far away from the phone or there are obstacles.
    Reason: 3. There is a problem with the Bluetooth signal of the mobile phone.
    Reason: 4. There is strong signal interference nearby.
    Solution: 1. Please charge the headset as soon as possible.
    Solution: 2. The Bluetooth headset should be as close to the phone as possible, and it is best not to have metal objects close to the phone.
    Solution: 3. Try another phone.
    Solution: 4. Try another place, please do not cover the Bluetooth with your hand, in order to maintain the continuous stability of the signal, please try to keep the Bluetooth and the mobile phone in the same direction.

  6. The voice call headset is muted, and the sound comes from the phone.
    Reason: The headset is operated during a voice call or during a call, and the headset is turned off by long pressing the headset.
    Solution: Turn off the mobile phone’s Bluetooth and tum it on again, and then turn on the headset.
    Special note: The headset does not support voice calls to connect or hang up. When there is a voice call, please connect or hang up on the phone.

Attention

  • Please do not disassemble this product by yourself.
  • Please use standard charging cable and adapter to avoid damage and accidents.
  • Please aviod using corrosive cleaning detergent to clean this product.
  • Please avoid product usage in the rain and keep away from heating or fire.

Maintenance

Please follow the following suggestions to prolong product working life.

  • Keep product dry and don’t put in damp places in case of affecting internal circuit.
  • Aviod product usage during intense sporting or on sweating occasions in case sweat infiltrate into product and cause damages.
  • Keep off sunlight or high temperature in case of shortening working life of electric parts battery damage, plastic parts deformation.
  • Keep off intense vibration and impact from hard material in case of internal circuit damages.
