Overview
First Use
- Tear off the stickers from earbuds. Put earbuds back into the charging case and charge earbuds for 10mins before using.
- Choose the most suitable ear tips. (Earbuds are shipped with M-size ear tips).
- Differentiate right and left earbuds. Make mies towards mouth when wearing.
Earbuds
- Please make sure the transparent protective stickers have been removed from both earbuds.
- Charge the charging case for 1 hour before using.
- Adjust the earbuds placement in the charging case.
- Make sure there is no grime on the charging pins.
- Please peel off the ear tips and put earbuds into the charging case correctly.
Charging Case
- Make sure that the USS cable and charging port are not defective.
- If the charging case is fully charged, the indicator will not turn on when plugging in the USS cable.
- Insert the USS cable in and out several times.
- Try another USB cable, adaptor, and socket.
Charging: White indicators are constant on Fully
charged: White indicators turn off
Power-on
- Take out to auto power on when the earbuds are in case.
- If earbuds are out of case and in power-off state, keep pressing the tvlFB button for about 1.5s to power on .
Power-off
- Put back to charging case to auto power off earbuds.
- Keep pressing the tvlFB button for about 4.5s when in power-on state .
Functions
When there is a new incoming call during a call
- Hold the previous call, then answer the second call: short press
- Hold the previous call, then reject the second call: long press
- Switch two calls. double click
