BEFORE USING YOUR KETTLE
If you are using the kettle for the first time, it is recommended that you
clean your kettle before use by boiling a full kettle of water twice and then
discarding the water.
OPERATION OF YOUR KETTLE
-
To fill water into the kettle, remove the kettle from the power base and open the top lid by lifting it, fill the kettle with the desired amount of water. Always fill the kettle between the minimum (0.5L) and maximum (1.7L) marks for water boiling, or fill the kettle between the minimum (0.5L) and maximum (1.2L) marks for tea brewing. Too little water will result in the kettle switching off before the water has boiled. Note: Do not fill the water over the maximum level, as water may spill out of the spout when boiling. Ensure that the lid is firmly in place before connecting the power cord to the outlet.
-
Position the kettle on the power base.
-
Connect the plug into a power outlet. The temperature indicators and indicator lights are lit for a moment and the appliance beeps twice, which means that the base is connected to the power source and the kettle is placed on the base.
1. Boil up water: Press the on/off button “ ”, the indicator light turns on in red color and the kettle starts heating up. Once the water has boiled, the kettle switches off automatically with two beep sounds.
2. Heat up the water to the desired temperature: Press the temperature adjustment button once or several times to select your desired water temperature among the four temperature values 50°C→70°C→80°C→90°C→exit from temperature selection→50°C… Press the on/off button and the kettle starts boiling water, and the specific temperature indicator below the selected temperature turns on. The kettle has indicator lights in different colors for each temperature setting: Green – 50°C, Light blue – 70°C, Dark blue – 80°C, Purple – 90°C. Once the desired temperature has been reached, the kettle stops heating automatically with two beep sounds.
3. Heat up the water and then keep warm: Press the temperature adjustment button to select your desired temperature among 50°C,70°C, 80°C, and 90°C. The keep-warm function is not suitable for 100°C. Then long-press the on/off button “ ” to start keeping warm the water. The indicator below the selected temperature will keep flashing. Once the selected temperature has been reached, the kettle stops heating automatically. One beep sound is sent out when the selected temperature is reached for the first time. If the water temperature drops down, the kettle will start heating up to the selected temperature again. The kettle will keep the water warm for 2 hours and then shut off automatically. If you want to reselect the keep-warm temperature, please press the on/off button “ ” to turn off the unit first and then restart the process. -
Additionally, please note that every time you take the kettle away from the power base your setting will be lost. You have to reset the kettle after putting it back again.

- Should you accidentally allow the kettle to operate without water, the boil-dry protection will automatically switch it off. If this should occur, allow the kettle to cool before filling with cold water and re-boiling.
- There is tolerance between the real temperature in the water kettle and the temperature shown with indicators, depending on the capacity of water, household voltage, environment temperature, and humidity.
