Operation Instructions

Current time

  1. Long press the 0 button. The first 2 digits, indicating the hour, will start blinking.

  2. Use the up and down direction buttons to set the current to set the current time.
    Use the left and right buttons to switch from hours to minutes and repeat the before step.

  3. Press the schedule button again to save the settings.

Cleaning scheduling

  1. Long Press the button. The first 2 digits, indicating the hour, will start blinking.

  2. Use the up and down direction buttons to set the current time.
    Use the left and right buttons to switch from hours to minutes and repeat the before step.

  3. Press the button again to save the settings.

  4. To cancel the scheduled cleaning:
    Set the clock on the remote control to 00:00 am and save it.
    Switch the robot off for 1 minute and switch on again.

Note: the robot will emit a beep to indicate all settings have been saved.
Warning: when the remote control is batteries are replaced, the clock and schedule times must be set again.

Power-On/Off

  • The robot will start up automatically after connection to the charging dock.
  • The robot cannot shut down while it is connected to the charging dock.
  • Long press the Power Button; the power indicator light comes on, and the robot enters the power-on state; after startup, a prompt tone will be heard.
  • When the robot is stationary, long press the Power Button to shut it down.

Cleaning

  • In power-on state, short press the power button to enter global cleaning.
  • In power-on state, short press the recharge button briefly to enter recharge mode.
  • Enter the device home page via the APP; click the “Start” button to start cleaning.
  • Enter the device home page via the APP; click the “Recharge” button to start recharging.

Equipment recharge.

  • When the robot cleaning is finished, it will enter recharge mode.
  • When the robot runs out of power during cleaning, it will enter recharge mode.
  • The robot shuts down automatically if the battery is exhausted, you can manually put back the robot to the charging dock for charging, and please ensure that the charging electrodes is in good contact.
  • When the battery level is too low, the cleaning function will not be able to be started.

Light Indication

  • When the button light on the robot is off, the robot is in “power­off/sleep” state.
  • When the white button light on the robot blinks fast, the robot is in “network configuration” state.
  • When the white button light on the robot remains on, the robot is in “idle/standby/cleaning/pause” state.
  • When the white button light on the robot continuously blinks slowly, the robot is in “recharging” state.
  • When the white button light on the robot blinks in a breathing manner, the robot is in “starting up/charging” state.
  • When the red button light on the robot blinks in a breathing manner, the robot is in “upgrading” state.
  • When the red button light on the robot blinks, the robot is in “fault/troubleshooting” state.
  • When the blue button light on the robot remains on, the charging dock is in a working state of “charging”.

Robot network configuration

  • Please ensure that your mobile phone and robot are within the WiFi coverage area and as close to the router as possible before network configuration.

  • When the router configuration is changed, the password is changed or the mobile phone cannot be connected to the device for other reasons, please reset the WiFi on the robot and re­configure the network.

  • How to reset:
    When the robot is on, press the power button and recharge button at the same time 3 seconds until hear sound prompt is heard and the indicator light blinks fast, it means WiFi reset succeeded.

  • Equipment network configuration:
    Start the APP to Add Device, and Follow Tips in the APP.

Users whose houses come with duplex structures such as stairs are required to pay special attention, and it is strictly prohibited to use this product in a suspended environment that are not equipped with guardrails for family activities or without protective barriers!

Product Maintenance

Two-in-one tank cleaning
0pen the top cover of the robot upwards and take out the two-in­one water tank from the robot.

0pen the dustbin cover of the two-in-one water tank and pour out the garbage inside.

Please use the dust brush to clean the dustbin of the two-in-one water tank.

Put the two-in-one water tank back into the robot and fasten the handle, close the top cover.

HEPA cleaning
Remove the HEPA and clear it up, as shown in the figure.

Rolling brush cleaning

  1. Turn over the robot, lift the clip, remove the cover for middle motor.
  2. Take out the rolling brush upwards and clean the rolling brush bearing.
  3. Use tools to clean the rolling brush.
  4. Replace the rolling brush and press the fasten the clip of the cover for middle motor.

Side brush, Universal wheel cleaning

When the robot fails to work properly, check the universal wheel and remove any dirt or foreign matter such as hair on it, and then restart the robot.

Boundary sensor cleaning
Clean the boundary sensor regularly with a soft cloth.

  • It is recommended to replace the HEPA component every three months.
  • In order to avoid clogging of the HEPA, it is recommended to clean the hypa with a dust brush regularly.
  • It is recommended to replace the rolling brush every 6 months to ensure the cleaning effect.
  • It is recommended to replace the side brush every 3 months to ensure the cleaning effect.

Common Problems

Problem Solution
Unable to power on The battery is low, please charge it before using. The

ambient temperature is too low or too high, please use it in the range of 0°C-40°C.
Unable to charge| The charging dock is not powered on, please ensure the power connection is successful. The charging electrode has poor contact, please clean the charging dock electrode and the robot electrode.
Robot cannot return for charging| Please make sure there is enough space around the charging dock. Please ensure that the surface identification area of the charging dock is free from dust and dirt.
Abnormal robot actions| Please shut down and restart the robot.
Robot is offline| Please ensure that the robot network configuration is successful and that the robot is always within the coverage of WiFi signal.
Robot fails to connect to Wi-Fi| Ensure that the robot and the charging dockare in the area with good Wi-Fi signal; reset Wi-Fi according to the steps described in the Instruction Manual; then pair again.
Abnormal sound during cleaning| Please check and clean the foreign matters on the rolling brush, side brush, driving wheel and universal wheel, and clean the chassis and collision-proof strip of the robot.
Degradation of cleaning capacity| Please check and clean the dustbin and HEPA; If the HEPA is blocked, please replace it with a new one; Please check the cleaning rolling brush.
Fail to do scheduled cleaning| Scheduled cleaning cannot be triggered in case of low battery. Please confirm that the robot is connected to the network. If the robot is not connected to the network, it cannot synchronize the scheduled cleaning tasks.
Is it required to charge for 24 hours for the first time of operation?| The robot has a high-performance lithium ion battery built in which has no memory effect and can be used when the battery level is full, without the need of charging for 24 hours.
Is it necessary to cut off the power supply to the charging dock and turn off the power supply when charging is completed| When in daily use, the standby power consumption is extremely low, power-off and shutdown are not needed, and maintaining the charging state is beneficial to the battery to be in the best performance.

If it is not used for a long time, please cut off the power supply of the charging dock and shut it down for storage. It is recommended to charge the battery every 3 months to prevent the battery from being damaged due to over- discharge.

The robot skidded while mopping the floor| Please lower the water output of the water tank, wipe the driving wheel with a cloth, and try after replacing the wet cloth that has been dried.

Restrictions on Use

  1. This product only applies to cleaning of house floors, and should not be used in outdoor areas (e.g., balcony), areas other than floors (e.g., sofa), or commercial or industrial environments.
  2. Do not use the product in environments (e.g., duplex floor, top of furniture) that are not equipped with guardrails, so asto avoid property and personal injury caused by equipment falling.
  3. Do not use the product in environments where the temperature is above 40°C or below 0°C.
  4. Do not use the product in environments where any liquid or slime exists on the floor.
  5. Please clean up debris or scattered small objects and cables on the ground before use to prevent the robot from being blocked or entangled during operation.
  6. Before use, please ensure that fragile, ticklish, precious or potentially dangerous articles are properly stored to avoid personal injury or property loss caused by the robot during work.
  7. Never allow any persons with physical, mental or perceptual disorders (including children) to use or operate this product.
  8. Please properly place this product, charging dock and product accessories to prevent children from touching it so as to prevent personal and property damage.
  9. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons withreduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  10. Do not place human hair, clothes, fingers and other parts close to the suction port and operating parts of the product.
  11. Never use the product to absorb any burning articles, such as cigarettes, matches, ashes and other articles that may cause fire.
  12. Never use the product to absorb anything that may block the product, such as stones, waste paper, nails, broken glass, etc.
  13. Please clean and maintain the robot and the charging dock in the shutdown or power-off state.
  14. Please use a dry and soft towel to clean the charging dock and the product. It is strictly prohibited to wipe any part of the product with any wet cloth, detergent or liquid.
  15. Please observe the work of the robot during the use in the first time and help to deal with some possible problems: such as twisted cables, uneven areas, areas that may cause the robot to hang in the air or become stuck and so on.
  16. Please use this product in strict accordance with the product instructions. Any loss or injury caused by improper use shall be on user’s own account.

Battery and Charging

  1. Do not use any third-party battery, charger or charger.
  2. Please ensure the correct voltage is used.
  3. Never attempt to remove, repair or modify the battery or charging dock.
  4. Please do not place the charging dock and the robot near the heat source, such as radiator, induction cooker and oven.
  5. .Do not use a wet cloth or any liquid to wipe this product.
  6. Do not dispose of waste batteries at will. It is suggested to hand them over to a professional organization for treatment.
  7. lf the power cord is damaged or broken, please stop using it immediately and contact us in time to choose a regular channel to purchase genuine power cord for replacement.
  8. Transport the product in power-off state in the original packaging box.
  9. lf the product is to be left unused for a long time, please power off the robot after full charging, and store it in a cool and dry place; recharge it at least every 3 months to avoid battery damage.
  10. The battery must be removed from the robot before the product is discarded. When taking out the battery, the robot must be powered off. After taking out the battery, the battery should be disposed of safely.
