Thank you for choosing the Prestigio Graphene PD Pro power bank. To ensure
that you are using the charger correctly and safely, please read this manual
before you start. Do not discard this manual, as you may have to refer to it
in the future.
Please note that the design and position of certain parts may differ from the
images and descriptions in this manual, as we continue to make improvements to
our products and the manufacturer reserves the right to change the charger’s
specifications without prior notice.
The company will not be held liable for damage caused by improper use of the
charger.
The purpose of this manual is to provide information, and it does not affect
any warranty.

Operation Guide
Fully charge the device before first use. Use the power
adapter included.
Wired charging
Connect the device that you would like to charge to the respective port using
an appropriate cable. Wait for 10 seconds. If charging has not started, press
the power button on the portable charger.
ATTENTION
You should only use quality cables to charge your devices, as this will impact
on your charging speed.
Wireless charging
- Press the portable chargers On button.
- Wait for the wireless charging indicator to light up blue and blink 3 times, then go out for 2 seconds, then light up again.
- The indicator will remain active for 7 seconds, giving you time to place your smartphone on the specially designated spot. Note that the smartphone must support wireless charging.
- The indicator will continue to blink regularly throughout the wireless charging process to indicate that the charger is in use.
ATTENTION
While charging, do not place any metal objects (including paper clips, coins,
keys, etc.) or plastic bank cards between the smartphone and the charging pad.
This may damage your smartphone, your case, charging pad, or any object within
the charger’s active range.
Charging multiple devices
The Graphene PD Pro portable charger can be connected to several devices at
the same time for wired or wireless charging. To charge multiple devices,
simply connect them to the charger using any available method.
Safety Guidelines
- Only use the original cable and power adapter supplied with the device, to charge your product. The use of an off-brand power adapter will immediately void the manufacturer warranty.
- It is forbidden to use the cable and power adapter to charge or re-charge all or any incompatible devices.
- The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for any consequences, direct or implied, of improper use of the cable and power adapter or charging or re-charging a device that is not part of this scope of supply.
- Do not open the portable charger or take it apart.
- Do not attempt to replace the built-in batteries.
- Do not break the charger or the included batteries.
- Keep away from ignition sources.
- Do not use the charger inside a case, bag, or other enclosed containers. The charger must always have free access to air.
- Keep away from direct sunlight: do not store or use the charger in direct sunlight, in order to avoid the device overheating.
- Use the charger only for its intended purpose.
- If you have a problem or if any part of the charger has been damaged, stop using it immediately, unplug it, and contact a service center.
- The charger cannot come into contact with moisture, oil, chemicals, or any organic fluids. We do not recommend using the charger in areas with high humidity.
- Do not use the charger in very dusty places.
- Keep the charger and its accessories out of the reach of children.

Troubleshooting
General issues| – If you run into any issues, always start troubleshooting by
ensuring that the charger is not damaged, covered in any substances or does
not have an unpleasant odor.
If you discover any of the above, stop using the charger immediately and
contact the service center.
– Ensure that the charger has not been subjected to excessive cold or heat.
Leave it at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. To ensure normal
operation, the ambient temperature around the charger must be between -10
ºC…+45 ºC

– Ensure that no other objects were placed between the charger and the
smartphone Take the smartphone out of its case.
– Ensure that your smartphone is properly aligned with the charging pad.
– Try repositioning your smartphone by moving it a little in different
directions

Care Recommendations
Clean the charger with a soft, dry cloth or with alcohol-free wipes.
Transportation and Storage Rules
- The charger is not intended for use in residential, business or industrial zones with hazardous risks.
- We recommend storing and using the charger in environments where temperatures range from -10…+45°C and the relative humidity is 10~80%.
- Long-term storage is recommended only in the charger’s original packaging in dark, dry, clean, well-ventilated enclosed spaces.
- The charger may be shipped by any means of transport across any distance, but it must be shipped in its original packaging.
Waste Disposal
Do not dispose of the charger and its accessories with regular household waste. At the end of its service life, take it to an electronics recycling facility.
