Troubleshooting

  • If the corkscrew stops working during the uncorking process or the cork is stuck inside the machine, сharge the device fully.
  • If the corkscrew is jammed during opening and the rotating shaft cannot go any deeper into the cork, it is likely that the shaft tip is damaged or the shaft is resting against the neck of the bottle from the inside. If this is a case, hold the UP button to completely remove the corkscrew from the bottle. Carefully inspect the shaft tip. If it is bent, broken or there is any other damage, stop using the corkscrew and contact an authorized service center. If the tip does not appear to have any issues, make another attempt to open the bottle, paying extra attention to ensure the device is positioned vertically and that the corkscrew is in the centre of the cork.
  • If the cork has been removed from the bottle but it is stuck inside the body of the corkscrew, and pressing the UP button does not help to remove it, or if the rotating shaft is completely stuck, press the DOWN bottom to release the shaft. If the shaft then starts to rotate, make another attempt to remove it, pressing and holding the UP button until the cork is completely removed from the device.
  • If all the above operations are performed correctly and the corkscrew still does not work correctly, please contact an authorized service center.
