I bought this and can’t figure out how to record onto SD card record video when motion is detected. How? And how to watch after?****
After you put the SD card in, you have to format it. Hopefully you put the CloudEdge app on your phone. You actually do the set up on the app. Top right hand corner, the octagon symbol. Tap on that and do your settings. Alarm management will set your sensitivity and alarm area. It should start on its own. Then you will have a red dot I. The messages at the bottom when there is something to see. I’d you click the alarm area, you need to have the boxes orange when you want to pick up activity.
Do you have to buy a app for this camera to work?****
Just download the CloudEdge APP and connect it to the camera.
How do you charge it without the solar panel?****
Open the silicone cover on the back of the camera; you can see that there is a USB charging socket, use the 5V/2A charging plug and the USB cable in the package to charge the camera. When charging, the power indicator is red; when charging is complete, the power indicator is blue.
If I buy two cameras can they both be synced to the same account?****
Yes, you can have multiple cameras on one account.
How long can this product are used?****
