INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Unpack the components carefully. Please check all parts have been removed from the packaging.
Angles for different types of knives:
Fillet knives - 16 degrees per side
Kitchen knives - 20 degrees per side
Pocket knives - 20 degrees per side
Hunting knives - 22 degrees per side
Cleaver - 24 degrees per side
Scissor Sharpening
Sharpen scissor blades as shown. The scissor slot is open ended. Care must be taken when holding the scissors by the open blade.
CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
- Always wash knives after sharpening and before use.
- Clean the sharpener with a damp soft cloth.
DISPOSAL
- Coopers of Stortford use recyclable or recycled packaging where possible.
- Please dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons, packaging in accordance with your local recycling regulations.
- At the end of the product’s lifespan please check with your local council authorised household waste recycling centre for disposal.
