Unpack the components carefully. Please check all parts have been removed from the packaging.
BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT, READ, UNDERSTAND, AND FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. Save these instructions for future reference.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • This is a seasonal, decorative product and is not intended for permanent installation or year-round use. Do not use this product for any other purpose.
  • Do not use seasonal products outdoors unless they are marked as suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
  • This is an electrical, decorative product; not a toy.
  • Keep the product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid the risk of fire, burns, electrical shock, or serious personal injury. Extra caution is necessary when using this product near children. Do not allow children or pets to play near the product.
  • Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when leaving the house, retiring for the night, or when it is not in use.
  • Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplaces, candles, or similar sources of heat.
  • Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer, as a risk of fire, electrical shock, or serious personal injury may result.
  • Do not use anything with this product that is not included in the original manufacturer’s packaging at the time of purchase for this product.
  •  Do not expose the product to sharp or pointed items, as these items may rupture and damage the product.
  • Inspect the cord Power Cord for damage before each use. If the Power Cord shows wear and tear, fraying, the insulation is cut, or wires are exposed, do not use the Power Cord.
  • If an extension cord is required for use of this product, the marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the product. Use only extension cord sets rated for both indoor and outdoor use.
  • Always connect the product to a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) electrical outlet when using the product in outdoor applications. Contact a qualified electrician to have a GFCI electrical outlet installed if one is not available.
  • Do not hang ornaments or other objects from cord, wire, or light string.
  • Do not close a door or window onto the power cord or extension cords, as this may damage the product’s wire insulation.
  • Do not cover the product with cloth, paper, or any material not part of the product when in use.
  • Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples, nails, or other sharp objects, or place the wiring on sharp hooks or nails.
  • Do not insert hands or fingers into the lamp sockets.
  • Always ensure each bulb is securely attached to its bulb cage inside the product before connecting this product to an electrical outlet.
  • Do not let bulbs rest on the power supply cord or any other wire.

When using electrical products, basic precautions should always be practiced including the following:

  1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
  2. Read and follow all instructions that are on the product or provided with the product.
  3. For a cord-connected or direct plug-in power unit, do not use an extension cord.
  4. Installation work and electrical wiring must be done by qualified person(s) in accordance with all applicable codes and standards, including fire-rated construction.
  5. For a cord-connected or direct plug-in power unit, do not install or use within 10 feet of a pool.
  6. For a cord-connected or direct plug-in unit, do not use in a bathroom.

Parts Identification

Check to ensure all parts listed are included in the product packaging.

  • Inflatable Figure
  • BS Approved Adaptor

To Set Up and Use

  1.  Remove contents from packaging.
  2. Plug adaptor into connection at base of Inflatable. Plug adaptor plug into standard wall outlet.
  3. Blower will immediately begin to start the flow of air.
  4.  Zip zipper at base of blower. Inflatable will then fully inflate.
  5. To secure the Inflatable Figure to the ground, insert a plastic Stake into the ground through each of the holes in the lower tabs of the Inflatable Figure. To easily insert stakes into the ground, it is recommended to wet the ground first. To avoid damaging garden stakes when inserting into the ground, select a spot in soft, rock-free soil. Insert the base of the stake first then gently insert the rest of the stake into the base.
  6. To deflate, unplug blower. For faster deflation, unzip zipper after unplugging blower.

Care and Maintenance

  • Periodically check to ensure there are no ruptures or tears in the Inflatable Figure. If you find any tears in the fabric, you can repair them with needle and regular thread. No special thread is necessary.
  • Always maintain the air vent of the Motor Base unobstructed and free from dirt and/or debris.
  •  Periodically unplug the product from the electrical outlet and allow the Motor to cool to avoid overheating and/or product damage.
  • Neatly fold and store the product in a cool, dry location that is away from sunlight or heat sources.

Troubleshooting Guide

Item will not fully inflate.| Ensure zippers on the back of each product character are closed.

Ensure fabric collar is securely attached to the blower outlet. Inspect fabric for tears and holes; repair if necessary.

Ensure blower inlet is free of debris. Unplug blower from the electrical outlet before inspecting.

Blower does not operate.| ENSURE BLOWER IS PLUGGED INTO A WORKING 230 VOLT AC ELECTRICAL OUTLET.
 | Blower may be overheated. Unplug blower from the electrical outlet and let cool completely.


Blower may be short-circuited. Only operate blower in a protected location away from rain and snow.

PLUG WIRING (UK & IRELAND)

This appliance is supplied with a mains adaptor/charger with BS1363 plug pins.
DO NOT use If the socket outlets in your home or office are not suitable for this product’s mains adaptor/ charger plug pins. Attempts to insert the mains adaptor/charger into the wrong socket is likely to cause electric hazard or damage.
DO NOT use with any other mains transformer/charger than the one that is supplied with this product.

DISPOSAL

  • Coopers of Stortford use recyclable or recycled packaging where possible.
  • Please dispose of all packaging, paper, cartons, packaging in accordance with your local recycling regulations.
