Power on/off
To power on the earphones simply remove the earphones from the charging
earphones put the earphones back in charging case and closed the case.
Pair with Bluetooth
The Earphones are removed from the case, after automatically power on, the earphones automatically connect to each other, and with “pairing” prompt tone, the LED indicator flashes blue.
Note: The earphones must he connected to the device within 3 minutes, otherwise the earphones., go in power saving sleep mode., actuate the pairing mode again, simply put the earphones back Into the charging case and wait a few seconds and the follow the above procedure again.
Turn on the Bluetooth on your device, go to Bluetooth menu, search for A1,
select
to pair and connect. You will hear “Connected” sound when pairing is complete.
Note: The earphones with master-slave switching function.
Best fit & best sound
Try different size ear tips to find the best fit, to get the best sound experience. The right fit ear tips must feel comfortable and the earphone must not be moved from the position when walking, running or doing any sport activity.
Follow the images and the chart below to learn how to wear the earphones in right manner. Make sure you insert the earphones with the eartips directing towards your ear canal, place the earphones gently so they may fit comfortably and feel secure in your ears. Not wearing the earphones in right manner will affect the connectivity signal of the earphone, sound output and the microphone sound input.

Tip: Select the eartip that seals your ear canal for the best sound. You may need different sized ear tips for left and right.
Music
Once the earphones are paired with your device or any other media device, simply play the music and enjoy it on the earphones. You can also control the media function like play, pause, volume, tracks, calling from the earphones.

Charge the earphones
Put the earphones into the case.
A blue light will indicate the earphone is charging. When completely charged,
this light will turn off.
Charge the case
Charge the case by plugging in the charging cable. A pulsing blue light indicates charging.
Battery Alert
When the battery charging level is low and only 3 minutes of playtime is left, you will hear a warning voice message “Battery low”. The message is repeated after every 30 seconds.

Note: The battery is designed to last lifecycle of the product. It should only be removed by a recycling facility. Any attempt to remove or replace the batteries will damage the product and void the warranty.

Safety instructions for use
To avoid hearing damage, keep the volume at a moderate level. Avoid listening to music at loud volume levels for prolonged periods of time as this may cause permanent hearing damage or hearing loss. Do not use Al in unsafe conditions including while operating a vehicle, cycling, crossing a road, or any activity which requires your attention and ability to hear.
Note: If you are watching video while using your earphones, your audio may be slightly out of syncopation with your device.
Safety Warning
Please disconnect the USE, cable after charging. Product should not be charging for a prolonged period of time. Please use the charger or adaptor with output voltage and current ( max ) 5V/lA and product’s original charging cable. If the output voltage and current of the charger exceeds the product’s requirement, it will cause severe damage to the product, and the product warranty will be invalid.
FAQ
Q: What should I do if there’s only one earphone working, or left & right earphone playing different sounds? A. Try to put both earbuds back into the charging case, then remove then out again, Note: If no voice after master & deputy earphone connection, follow the steps above to re-do it.
Q. Do i need to re-pair each time i tum it cm?
A: No, after the first pairing, Al earphones will automatically power on and
connect with each other then reconnect with your device right after you remove
them out from the charging case.
Q. What should I do if the earphone does not automatically connect to the
device?
A: Delete “Al” from the Bluetooth device list of your smart phone or other
device then follow the pairing guide for repairing.
Q. What if the connection Is unstable or there Is no sound In the left
earphone?
A: Try adjusting the angle of wearing the earphone or put the earphones back
in the charging box and remove it out again.
Q: Can a Al earphone be paired with only one device?
A: The headset can connect multiple devices, but only one device can operate
at the same time.
Q: How do I know tithe earphone is charging in the charging case?
A: If blue led indictor is flashing of the charging case, Al earphone is
charging.
Q: Can I charge the earphone when I charge the charging case?
A: Yes.
Q: What should I do if the charging case does not work?
A: Replace the Micro USB charging cable or charge the charging case for a
while before try again, if the charging case is still unable to charge, please
contact customer service.
Q: What if the earphone touch button does not work?
A: It might because the surface of the earphone button is soaked with water or
oily, Try wiping the surface of the earphone button and the surface of the
finger and try again.
