How do I reset my device?
Use the resetpin to pressthe Reset Button (as pic 1) forseveralseconds
untilthe camerastartsto beep.

What does the blinking light mean?

Add device. Method 1: SmartConfig

In the app, on the top corner of the Devices screen, click (+). Choose “Smart
Camera

Make sure the indicator lightonthe device is flashingRed, indicating the
deviceis readytoconnect. If not, followinstructions to Reset thedeviceso that
indicator light is flashingred.
STEP 3
Enter your Wi-Fi network and password.
STEP 4
The appwilltry toconnectyourdevice. During this time, thecamera will beep,
start quickly blinking Red, and thenturnsolid Green.
*If the connection fails, try to connect directly using QR CodeMode.

Can I share with family and friends?
Yes, you can share your cameras with family and friends who will haveaccess to view the camera and control your bulbs, plugs, andotherdevices. In the app, press the Profile button and click on the“Device Sharing”button, and you will be able to give or revoke sharing permissions. Inorder to share, the other user should already have downloadedtheappand registered a new account. -
What’s the Wireless Range?
The range of your home Wi-Fi is heavily dependent on your homerouterand the conditions ofthe room. Check with yourrouterspecificationsforexact range data. -
The device appears offline or unreachable? Make sure your Wi-Fi router is online and in range. Make sure you have the latest app functionality by clicking “Checkforfirmware update” in your device settings. 4. Cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network. Make sure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during theWi-Fi setup.Checkwhetherthere are any Internet connection problems. IftheWi-Fisignal is too weak, reset your Wi-Fi router and try again.

How Many Cameras Can I Control?
TuyaSmart app can control an unlimited amount of devices inanunlimited amount of locations. Your router may have a limit of howmany devices can be connected to one router.
