Statement

This Safety Information and Warranty Card contains information about safety, operations, and after-sales services. Before using the OnePlus watch, read all operation instructions and the following safety information carefully and keep this information properly for reference.

Data security

Do not use unauthorized third-party software to upgrade the firmware or operating system of the watch, which may result in use failures, personal information disclosure, or other security risks. You are advised to upgrade the watch online or at a nearby OnePlus service center.

Precautions

1. Do not use the watch in damp environments or environments with magnetic fields to avoid internal circuit faults.
2. Do not use the watch in thunderstorm days to avoid device faults or electric shocks.
3. Use the watch in an environment where the temperature is between 0°C and 35°C and the humidity is between 35% and 85%; and store the watch in an environment where the temperature is between –20°C and 45°C. Extreme heat or cold may affect use or damage the watch and battery.
4. Charge the watch in an environment where the temperature is between 5°C and 35°C to avoid deteriorated battery performance or short standby time. If the watch temperature is lower than 20°C or higher than 40°C, it cannot enter the quick charging mode.
5. Choose only chargers, data cables, batteries, and other accessories approved for use with this model by OnePlus to prevent electric shocks, fire, explosion, or other risks.
6. Do not expose the watch to direct sunlight, such as on a car dashboard or window sill.
7. Keep the watch away from sources of heat and fire, such as a heater, microwave oven, water heater, stove, candle, or other high-temperature places.
8. Keep the watch and its accessories out of the reach of children because the watch contains detachable parts that may present a choking hazard or other risks.
9. The watch is not intended for use by children, and children should only use the watch with adult supervision.
10. In places where wireless devices are prohibited, do not use the watch, which may interfere with other electric devices or cause other risks.
11. Radio waves emitted by the watch may affect normal use of implantable medical devices or personal medical devices, such as pacemakers, cochlear implants, and hearing aids. If you use these medical devices, consult OnePlus for restrictions on using the watch.
12. When using the watch, keep it at least 15 cm away from implantable medical devices, such as pacemakers and cochlear implants. Keep the watch away from pregnant women’s abdomen.
13. Keep the watch away from adolescents’ lower abdomen.
14. hildren and adolescents shall not use the watch frequently or for a long time.

Inflammable and explosive areas

1. In inflammable or explosive areas, such as gas stations or places that store or ship flammable and explosive substances or chemicals, do not use the watch, and comply with all symbol and text indications to avoid explosion or fire.
2. Do not store or ship the watch and its accessories with flammable liquid or gas or explosive substances in the same box.

Traffic safety

1. Comply with driving rules and do not do other activities that require concentration when driving.
2. Electronic devices in a car may become faulty due to radio waves emitted by the watch. Contact OnePlus for restrictions on using the watch.
3. Do not place the watch above the airbag in a car or areas where the airbag can contact after it inflates. When the airbag inflates, the watch with strong external force may cause serious damage to persons in the car.
4. Do not use the device in places on an airplane where wireless devices are prohibited by airlines’ regulations because wireless devices may interfere with the flight system of the airplane.

Waterproof and Anti-dust

The watch has been tested to be waterproof and anti-dust in specific environments.

Battery warning

A lithium battery is built into this product. It must not be dismantled, impacted, forced out or exposed to fire. A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure that may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas. Please do not put the battery in a high-temperature environment or expose it to the sun; doing so could cause it to explode. Please do not continue to use the product if the battery appears to be swollen. Please dispose of the battery in accordance with local regulations. Do not dispose of the battery as household refuse. Please do not attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the battery. Replacing battery by an incorrect type could lead to explosion. Please do not place pressure on or pierce the battery with hard objects. Damaging the battery could cause battery leakage, overheating, or fires.

Cleaning and maintenance

1. Keep the watch and its accessories dry. Do not use external heating devices such as a microwave oven or hair dryer to dry the watch.
2. Do not place the watch and its accessories in an extreme heat or cold environment to avoid device faults, fire, or explosions.
3. If the watch is equipped with a leather strap, do not expose the watch to strong or direct sunlight or high-temperature and damp environments. If the leather strap is wet with water or sweat, wipe the water or sweat and place the watch at a cool and well-ventilated place to dry it. Do not use external heating devices such as a microwave oven or hair dryer to dry the wet/leather strap. Otherwise, the leather strap surface may shrink or inflate.
4. If the watch is equipped with a light-colored strap, do not contact it with dark clothes to avoid dyeing.
5. Before cleaning or maintenance, stop using the watch and disconnect it from other devices or cables.
6. Do not use strong chemicals, cleaning agents, or strong detergent to clean the watch or its accessories. Use a clean, dry, and soft cloth to wipe the watch and its accessories.

OnePlus Device Warranty Information

OnePlus devices purchased on oneplus.com or authorized sales channels come with a limited warranty. The duration of this warranty is dependent on the original country or region of purchase and is only redeemable within the original country or region. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the product as originally supplied and does not cover, or partially covers, software, consumable items, or accessories, even if packaged or sold together with the product. The limited warranty does not cover

1. Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
2. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by OnePlus.
3. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.
4. Devices that have the serial number or the IMEI number removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
5. Ordinary wear and tear.
6. Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
7. Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by OnePlus.
8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
9. Defects or damage resulting from cellular signal reception or transmission, or viruses and 3rd party software problems introduced into the product.
10. Free warranty replacements and repairs are only valid in the country or region of purchase. Please contact OnePlus Customer Support for more details.

Return Policy (Limited to North America & Europe)

OnePlus phones and accessories are made to the highest standards and undergo rigorous testing. If you are not satisfied with your OnePlus product for any reason, you may request a return within 15 calendar days of delivery. Once we approve your return request and receive the product, we will perform standard inspection. And if the product passes the inspection, we will give you a full refund. Any shipping and handling fees incurred in the return process are not covered by the refund. Return requests made outside of the 15-day period will not be accepted. We may also choose not to accept returns within these circumstances:

1. Defects or damages caused by misuse, neglect, physical damage, tampering, incorrect adjustment, normal wear and tear or incorrect installation after purchase.
2. Price fluctuations being the sole reason for return.
3. Customized customer contracts. In accordance with the U.K. Consumer Rights Act 2015, any goods that are not (1) of satisfactory quality; (2) fit for their given purpose; or (3) as described, may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please submit a ticket describing the problem with your device. In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days and describe in details how the goods were defective, damaged, or materially different. We may choose not to accept returns for any of the above-mentioned circumstances. In all cases, we will inspect the product and verify the fault. To qualify for a replacement or refund, device must be in “as new” condition and include all original contents of the package. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product returned is deemed to have been damaged.

RF Exposure Information
This device is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) refers to the rate at which the body absorbs RF energy. The FCC SAR limit is 4.0 W/kg (10g) for use on the wrist and 1.6 W/kg (1g) for use against the head.
