Checklist before using the device
- Your smartphone or tablet has connected to a 2.4g WiFi with the Internet.
- You need to enable Bluetooth on the phone.
- You have the correct WiFi PWD.
- Your smartphone or tablet must have access to the APP store, Google play.
- Your router is MAC-open.
Note: External switches can only be self-recovery switches
User Guide
- Start with the “EWelink” APP.
- Register an EWelink account.
- If you have an EWelink account. just login.
- Power up.
Add device flow to mobile APP
- After installation, power the device, hold down the Reset button(pairing button) for 6 seconds until the Network indicator blinks quickly(blinking twice and on)
- Tap on eWelink app
- Select Bluetooth Pairing.
- Wait a minute, when the device is found, then click” connect”
- Select your WiFi, enter your WiFi password, and then click “save” in the upper right corner to wait for the connection to succeed.
- When the network indicator is on, the device is online.
Inching /interlock Switch
- Click switch name.
- Click the upper right corner.
- 1. Set inching duration: Click “inching Settings”, set inching duration.
2. Enable the interlock: Click “interlock”, set the interlock.
Remote control matches the code
Matching:
- Figure 0 interface, click setting> eWelink Remote.
- Click the upper button to enter the learning state, and then press the button of the 2.4G remote control.
- loosen the remote control buttons, matching success.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Solutions for the failure of product matching and offline:
Enter the homepage of the App, click the icon in the lower right corner of the
interface to enter.
“Message” >hits” Guide” . “Profile” >hits” Ewelink support”
If none of the above is resolved, please open it with another phone. Personal hotspot, try to read.
