Structure

Camera Features

1. Motion Detection Function: This function needs to be enabled in the APP. When this unit senses a movement, it will take a snap and push a notification to your phone.
2. Loop Recording: When the memory card is full, it will automatically cover the oldest clips.
3. Support micro SD card up to 128GB (SD card was not included in the package).
4. Compact size, you can take it anywhere you want.
5. Nine kinds of lens decorations are easy to disguise.

Camera Button Instructions:
ON/OFF Button: Push the “ON/OFF” button to the “ON” position, then the indicator will be lighted up, it means this camera has been turned on. Reset Button: Hold and press this button for 6 seconds in recording or standby mode, then the indicator lights will go off, it shows reset is successful.

Download the “minicam” App: For Android system: Please search “minicam” to download on the “Google Play”. For IOS system: Please search “minicam” to download on the “App Store”. Besides, you can scan the corresponding QR code below to download it.

Operation Steps:

1. Turn on the camera: Push the “ON/OFF” button to the “ON” position, then the indicator will be lighted up, it means this camera has been turned on.

2. Connect the camera’s WIFI hotspot via your phone: Tap WIFI settings on your phone, search for this camera’s WIFI hotspot (named after its UID, which is present on the sticker at the back of the camera), then tap it to match your phone. Please refer to the below pics.

3. Set Local Connection (point-to-point live streaming mode): Enable the “minicam” APP, it will automatically search the camera, and then tap (Confirm) to make it online.

3.1 If it doesn’t automatically add the camera, please tap the ” + ” button for manual adding. Please refer to the below picture. ****3.2 And then tap the(WLAN search device )Please refer to the below picture

Tips: Under the local connection, the camera’s WIFI hotspot is valid within 10 meters.
When your phone is out of range, it will disconnect and you will not be able to watch the live view.
4. Set remote connection:
Tap the setting icon >>>Tap “Network configuration” >>>Select your router’s WIFI name>>>Enter your WIFI’s password>>>Tap “Confirm” to finish setting remote connection. Please refer to the below pics.

APP Operation Instructions:

6.1. Motion Detection:
Tap the “minicam” app on your phone>>> Tap “Setting” icon>>> Tap “Motion detection set” to set up and choose the sensitivity of the motion detection. Please refer to the below pics to set up this function. 6.2 Motion detection interval alarm is 10-60 seconds, you can set the interval alarm time yourself.

6.3 After triggering the motion detection alarm, if a TF card is inserted, it will automatically take 1-3 pictures. If you want to view it, you can enter the report page on the main page of the APP to view it. For detailed operations, please refer to the following pictures.

6.4 Use another phone to watch live view simultaneously, share it with your family: If you need more devices to access this camera, you can share this QR code to the devices. Then tap the app in another device, click +, click: Add device manually, click Scan QR code, scan the shared QR cod, please refer to the blew pictures.

6.5 Play online and download files from a memory card Tap the home page” “icon and select the videos you need to watch or download. You can watch it online. Please refer to the below pics.

6.6 If you have more than 1 camera, in order to know that the monitored area has been invaded, you can set the camera name to the corresponding scene. Please refer to the below pics.

Note:

1. This camera only supports 2.4GHz WIFI, does not support the 5GHz network.
2. Please insert a micro-sd card (not included) to save recordings.
3. If the memory card is brand new, please format it before using it.
4. The camera can’t save videos without an sd card but won’t affect other functions.
5. When you turn on the camera, it would take 10 seconds to wait for it to start up.
6. The camera will get hot when you have used it for a while. This is a normal phenomenon. But do not use the camera under high-temperature circumstances.
7. When you can’t hear the voice, please check whether the voice button is enabled or not, if not, please click the voice button to turn it on. You can refer to the below pics.

Problems and Solutions:

the router
Unable to operate remotely| Please make sure the WiFi password is correct
After setting remote connections successfully, the camera did not online| Click the search button on the app to search the camera or restart the app.

Other problems and solutions:

1. Router account or password is wrong, please enter the right account or password.
2. The router has not been rebooted for too long to allocate an IP address.
3. Near the router within 3-5 meters to set remote connection.
4. Remote connection is unsuccessful, please check whether the device connected to the router has reached the limit or not, if so, please close other devices and then re-connect this camera.
5. If the WiFi is the WEP encryption mode, please change to the WPA mode.
6. Before setting a remote connection, please make sure you have set the local connection successfully. Product Parameter:
