ORPHE OR-C30 Motion Sensor for Smartwear
QUICK-START
RECHARGING THE ORPHE CORE
Connect the USB cable plugged to the power supply to the ORPHE CORE. When
charging starts, the LED lights up. When charging is complete, the LED will
turn off.
INSTALL THE APP
Download the ORPHE TRACK app from the App Store/Google Play. Follow
the on-screen instructions to register your account.
PAIRING ORPHE CORE WITH THE APP
**** Follow the app’s instructions to bring the ORPHE CORE close to your phone
and connect it via Bluetooth.
RECORD A RUN
Insert the fully charged ORPHE CORE into the shoes. Start recording in the
ORPHE TRACK app.
COMPLETING THE RUN
Exit the record in the ORPHE TRACK app. The data measured by ORPHE CORE
will be synchronized with the app
CHECK THE RESULTS
**** The ORPHE TRACK app displays ratings and analysis of your recorded runs.
It also suggests a training program tailored to your needs.
Cannot connect ORPHE CORE to the app
If the app does not detect ORPHE CORE when you bring them close to your smartphone, please try the following:Turn your smartphone’s Bluetooth On and Off Restart the app Recharge the ORPHE CORE Quit the app, unplug and plug the USB cable connected to the power supply and ORPHE CORE.
Cannot recharge ORPHE CORE
**** If the ORPHE CORE is fully discharged, the LED may not come on for a
while after you start charging. Continue charging for a while.
Wireless connection between the app and ORPHE CORE is lost.
ORPHE CORE uses Bluetooth to connect to your smartphone. Depending on the
communication status, the wireless communication may be interrupted. If the
connection is lost, the app will automatically reconnect when it detects the
ORPHE CORE. ORPHE CORE analyzes and records the data in the sensor. Therefore,
even if the connection between the app and ORPHE CORE is temporarily
interrupted while recording your runs, the recorded data will not be affected.

The warranty period for ORPHE CORE and the charging USB cable is 1 year from the date of purchase. The date of shipment or purchase on the delivery note or receipt is the “date of purchase.”

In order to use ORPHE CORE safely, please read the precautions on orphe.shoes/support before using it. Do not disassemble or modify the ORPHE CORE. ORPHE CORE must be appropriately installed in the special shoes before use. Please do not use ORPHE CORE in any other way. If you experience any discomfort or anomalies during use, please stop using it immediately Do not use ORPHE CORE at high temperatures, high humidity, rough roads, or slippery places. ORPHE CORE complies with IPX7 (JIS/IEC standards), but please do not use the product in a state where it is immersed in water. This product uses a lithium-ion battery. When disposing of this product, please follow the instructions of your local government
