AIMS POWER CON5A2412 DC to DC Converter
INSTRUCTIONS:
-
Unpack converter and ensure there is no visible damage
-
Make sure you received the proper unit and that the specs meet your requirements (enough capacity for your load)
-
Find a dry and suitable location to mount the converter and ensure you have enough space to mount the wires needed
-
Cut and lug the appropriate AWG wires for your converter and connect to de inputs and outputs per diagram. Your battery source
must be 24Vdc and your load 12Vdc -
Mount converter
-
Connect load to converter and turn load off
-
Connect the – (negative/ black) to the battery source and then your + (positive/ red)
-
Final ste p is to turn on your load and make sure it is working properly
Installation And Operation
Installation requirements
DO not expose the converter to rain, snow, spray, bilge or dust. To reduce
risk of hazard, do not cover or obstruct the ventilation openings.
