Note: when you insert or remove a SIM card, please make sure that the machine is turned off, if, on the power-on state, it may cause a malfunction.

Print instructions
The machine supports 58mm thermal printing, paper roll size: 57±0.5mm*035mm
Please pull up the lid handle to open the paper cabin, do not force open the paper cabin, to prevent the print headgear wear;
Place the paper in the paper cabin correctly and pull out some paper to the cutter;
Cover the printer handle, the paper installation is complete.
Note: if the printing content is blank, please check whether the roll direction is reversed.

Battery charging description

The device only supports charging base charging, does not support USB cable charging

• Plug the base adapter into the power outlet;
• Place the machine into the charging base as the schematic direction shows;
• There will be a corresponding icon display on the screen when charging
• If no charging icon appears, please check whether the direction of the machine into the docking station is correct.

Battery instructions/notes

• The machine is equipped with a non-removable built-in lithium battery Do not disassemble:
• To protect the battery life, it is recommended to charge at any time, do not wait until the battery is depleted, and then charge.

Common troubleshooting

1. The printer does not work
   • Make sure the paper cover is closed correctly;
   •  Make sure to use the appropriate paper and install it correctly;
   • Please check whether the paper holder has a 57* 35mm thermal printing roll paper;
   • When printing blank content, check whether the paper roll is reversed.

2. Can not power on the machine
   • Device battery is too low, use the original charger, charging at least 3 minutes then trying to boot;
   • If the boot does not normally display the boot screen, restart after shutdown, pay attention to long-press the power button till the boot screen is displayed.

Your Handheld integrated intelligent terminal is a radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed and manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for exposure to radiofrequency (RF) energy set by the Federal Communications Commission of the U.S. Government. These limits are part of comprehensive guidelines and establish permitted levels of RF energy for the general population. The guidelines are based on standards that were developed by independent scientific organizations through periodic and thorough evaluations of scientific studies. The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health. The exposure standard for wireless mobile phones employs a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption Rate or SAR. The SAR limit set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. * Tests for SAR are conducted with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands.
