SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and un- derstand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be performed by children without supervision.

The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.

Do not use this heater in the vicinity of a bath, shower or swimming pool (or other body of water)

Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

Children aged from 3 to 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 to 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance nor perform user maintenance.

CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention must be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs re-quiring opening of the oil container is only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leak. When scrapping the heater, follow the regulations concerning the disposal of oil.

Correct Disposal of this product
This marking indicates that this product should not be disposed of with other household wastes throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, re-cycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material re- sources. To return your used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can take this product for environmentally safe recycling. -
This heater cannot achieve accurate temperature control of the environment, and thus cannot be used as an insulation device for storage environments, items, animals, and plants.
APPLIANCE OVERVIEW
Mounting the Castors
- Turn the heater upside down.
- As shown in figure 1, align the mounting hole of the caster assembly and install it on the screw of the caster pad plate at the end of the radiator fin. The other caster assembly is aligned to the screws mounted at the bottom of the control box.
- As shown in figure 2, tighten the two sets of caster assemblies with four butterfly nuts. Tighten the nuts and then return the heater to an upright position with the wheels on the ground.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Inspection before operation
- Check that the power cord is not damaged or fractured.
- Please verify the rated current of the power socket is in line with the requirements on the rating label and is equipped with a safety grounding device before use; otherwise, replace the socket.
Operating Instructions
Work/Standby: Plug in the power. The buzzer will “beep”. Press the power
key “ ” to enter the heating mode, and press the power key “ ” again to enter
the standby state.
Gear selection: Press the “ ” key to select one of the work modes such as
high gear, medium gear, and low gear.
Temperature Setting: When the appliance is on, press and hold the “ +
”key or “ – ” key to set the temperature. Press and hold the “ + ” key or the
“ – ” key to quickly set the temperature. After setting the temperature leave
the unit for 5 seconds and the temperature setting screen will exit.
Scheduled Operation: Tap the timer key “ in standby mode to enter the
scheduled operation setting screen. Press “ + ” key or “ – ” key to set the
scheduled time, press “ + ” key or “ – ” key for a long time to quickly set
the scheduled time. The appliance will operate at the scheduled time.
Scheduling standby: Press the timer key “ ” while the appliance is on to
enter the standby scheduling screen. Press the “ + ” key or “ – ” key to set
the scheduling time. Hold the “ + ” key or “ – ” key to quickly set the
scheduling time. The machine will switch to standby mode at the scheduled
time.
NOTE: The scope of the schedule is from 0 – 24hours. Press “ + ” key or “
– ” key to increase or decrease by 1 hour. When the set value is 0H the
scheduling is canceled. When the set value is not 0H the scheduling is set.
Set the desired time, press the timing key “ ” or “ ” key and wait for 5
seconds to exit scheduling mode. B: If the scheduling time is set, press the
power button “ ” to enter the standby state and cancel the scheduling.
Memory function: When turning the unit on from standby mode it will
resume from the previous setting.
Safety protection function: When the indoor ambient temperature exceeds
50°C (whether in operation or on standby) outputs are turned off. The buzzer
sounds 10 long beeps and the digital screen displays “FF” and flashes at 1 Hz
for 75 seconds. The operation cannot be resumed until after the power is
turned off and on again.
Shut down: Press the power key “ ” on the control panel to enter the
standby mode. Unplug the power cord, wait for the whole machine to cool, and
ensure it is stored in a stable position.
Inspection method
Insert the power plug into the socket and turn on. After about half an hour,
turn off and pull out the plug.
Check whether the plug pins are hot. Replace the socket if so (more than about
50 °C) to avoid burning the plug or even causing a fire caused by overheating
of the socket due to poor contact.

Using the Remote Control
Button functions are consistent with the operation panel of the main unit and
the remote control unit cannot control the combination key.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Before attempting any cleaning or maintenance on the radiator, allow it to cool completely and ensure that the plug is removed from the socket.
- The electric heater should be cleaned regularly to wipe out the dust on the surface of flanges as this may influence the radiating efficiency.
- Disconnect electricity supply and allow the radiator to cool, wipe out dust with a soft damp cloth. Do not use detergent or abrasives.
- Do not scrape the surfaces of the flanges with sharp hard tools in order to avoid surfaces getting rusty due to damage to the paint coat.
MAINS PLUG FUSE REPLACEMENT
Fuse Replacement (Class I)
This appliance must be earthed. Remove the central screw on the plug and open
the shell. Take out the fuse and replace it with a new fuse of the same Amp.
Install the shell again and tighten the screws.
DISPOSAL INFORMATION
The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances
must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste.
Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimise the recovery
and recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human
health and the environment.
The crossed-out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your
obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance it must be separately
collected.
Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for information
concerning the correct disposal of their old appliances.
Igenix Warranty Terms & Conditions
This product is guaranteed for a period of 12 months as standard from the date
of purchase against mechanical and electrical defects. You can extend your
warranty for a further 12 months by registering your product.
Upon registration, we will cover your product for a period of 24 months from
the original purchase date against any mechanical or electrical defects.
To qualify for the warranty, the product must be used for domestic household
use only and in accordance with the instructions in the user manual. Any
misuse of the product will result in the warranty being void. The warranty
does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, tampering or incorrect
adjustment or installation.
The warranty will be rendered invalid if the product is resold, has had its
serial number removed (or has an invalid serial number), or if an unauthorized
person has carried out any repairs or alterations.
The warranty does not cover accessories or consumable parts that require
replacement under normal use. This includes shelving, dials, filters, belts,
and trays etc.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown please refer to the Troubleshooting guide
in your user manual and check all plugs, fuses, and the electricity supply. If

the front of the manual, and give details of the exact fault. We will then
decide whether to repair or replace the item.
Before we arrange the repair or replacement you will be required to return a
copy of your proof of purchase. Please retain your original.
If an item is replaced within the agreed warranty period, the warranty for the
replacement item will be calculated from the purchase date of the original.
In the event that the product is inspected and no fault is found or the
product is not within the warranty period you will be charged for the repair
and any carriage costs.
