IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read and follow all of the instructions even if you feel you are familiar with the product, and find a place to keep this manual handy for future reference.
Important: This appliance is intended for use in a domestic environment only. Any other use is not recommended by the manufacturer and may cause fire, electrical shocks or other injury to user or property. When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed:
- Before plugging in the appliance, check that the voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds with the main voltage in you Rhome.
- Do not operate the unit with a damaged cord or plug, after it malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any way. Return to an authorised service facility for examination and repair.
- Ensure that the fan head is not blocked or covered.
- Do not place the unit too close to curtains or other objects – min 30cm.
- Make sure there are no objects near the unit which can prevent it from oscillating
- Never insert fingers, pencils or any other objects into the unit, and especially not during the operation. Warn your children against these dangers.
- Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Children shall not play with the appliance. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Unplug the unit from the socket when not in use Do not force the power cord. Never use the power cord to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.
- Do not use the unit near a bath, shower, swimming pool or anywhere it could be splashed with water.
- Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight.
- Do not immerse the appliance or the electrical cord or plug in any type of liquid.
- Do not use the appliance near a source of heat.
- Do not use the unit near flammable or explosive gases.
- Before cleaning the unit, switch it off and unplug the power cord.
- Do not leave the unit unattended during operation. Always unplug the power cord when not in use.
- To repair the unit, take it to a qualified service engineer. Repairs carried out by unqualified people may cause damage to the unit or injury to persons or property and void the warranty.
- Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before starting any installation or assembly operation.
- This appliance is for domestic use only, not for industrial use.
- Connect the appliance to a socket that can supply a minimum of 10 amperes.
- The appliance’s plug must fit into the mains socket properly. Do not alter the plug. Do not use plug adapters.
- The appliance must be used and placed on a flat, stable surface.
- Do not use the appliance in association with a programmer, timer or other device that automatically switches it on.
- Check the state of the power cord. Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.
- The appliance is not suitable for outdoor use.
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Do not touch any of the appliance’s moving parts while it is operating.
- Do not use the appliance to dry pets or animals.
- Do not use the appliance to dry textiles of any kind.
NOTE: Any misuse or failure to follow the instructions for use renders the guarantee and the manufacturer’s liability null and void.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Be sure to remove all packaging material from the appliance.
IMPORTANT: Remove parts from each separate component before performing installation
BASE INSTALLATION:
The appliance should be used with its base fitted.
- Attach the bottom tube (N) to the base (O) and fix it with the plastic nut (P).
- Loosen the bottom tube bolt (M) and carefully pull up the adjustable tube (L). Tighten the bolt (M) again so the adjustable tube is fixed at its highest position.
- Loosen the bolt (J) on the fan head. Fit the fan head (H) and the adjustable tube (L) together and tighten the bolt (J) again.
Front and Rear Grill Installation

Remove the grill fastening nut (D) and blade fasten nut (B) from the motor shaft (F).

Attach the back grill (E) to the motor cover (G) and fix it with the grill fasten nut (D).
IMPORTANT NOTE: make sure to align the 3 holes on the back grill (E) with the corresponding pins on the motor cover (G) before securing the grill fastening nut (D) -
Attach the fan blades (C) to the motor shaft (F) and fix it with the blade fasten nut (B).

Attach the front grill (A) to the back grill (E). Use the grill ring to carefully hold them together and lock them using the screw provided on the grill buckle.
ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT:
- he height of this fan can be adjusted from approximately 110cm to 135cm.
- To adjust the height simply loosen the bottom tube bolt (M). Move the adjustable tube (L) to the desired position and tighten the bolt (M) again.
Remote
Before use, pull out the plastic card from the bottom of the remote. Please
make sure the remote is directed towards the fan when operating.
NOTE: this remote does NOT come with a battery as standard – 1 x CR2032
button battery is required for operation
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Extend the cable completely before plugging it in.
Connect the appliance to the mains.
Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off button (7/E).
Breeze – The fan alternates periods of more and less power, simulating
the feeling of a soft breeze. The amplitude of these shifts depends on the
speed selected.
Night – When the fan is at speed 3, it runs at speed 3 for 30 minutes,
then at speed 2 for 30 more minutes and finally at speed 1 until it is turned
off or timer runs out. When the fan is at speed 2, it runs at speed 2 for
30minutes and then it keeps running at speed 1 until it is turned off or timer
runs out. When the fan is at speed 1, it simply keeps running at speed 1 until
it is turned off or timer runs out.
Normal – The fan operates constantly at the selected speed
To activate these function, press the modes button (5/B fig 2/3). The illuminated light will show which mode is selected
Oscillation Function:
The oscillation function makes it possible to direct the flow from the
apparatus so that it automatically alternates over a range of approximately
80º.
To activate this function, press the oscillation button (3/D).
The oscillation light will turn on.
To deactivate this function, press the oscillation button again.
Timer Function:
The appliance’s operating time can be controlled (1-15h).
To program the operating time simply select it using the timer button (4/C).
For every press the time will be increased 1 hour.
The time programmed will appear on the LED display (1), and the timer light
will turn on.
After the selected time the appliance will switch off automatically.
Fan function:
Select the desired ventilation speed by pressing the speed button (6/A).
The selected speed will appear on the LED display (1).
Once you have finished using the appliance:
Turn the appliance off using the on/off button (7/E).
Unplug the appliance from the mains.
Clean the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Turn off the fan and remove the plug from the power supply before cleaning.
- Use a dry, soft cloth to remove any dust from the fan.
- If the fan is particularly dirty, use a soft damp cloth and wipe dry.
- Do not use any chemicals or detergents as they will damage the fan.
- It is recommended to cover the fan with a plastic bag before storage to prevent dust collecting on fan blades.
- Store the fan in a ventilated and dry area.
- Do not allow water to get inside the body of the fan.
ANOMALIES AND REPAIR
- Take the appliance to an authorised technical support service if product is damaged or other problems arise.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the appliance yourself as this may be dangerous.

MAINS PLUG FUSE REPLACEMENT
Fuse Replacement (Class II)
Remove the fuse cover with a small flat head screw driver. Take out the fuse
and replace with a new fuse of the same Amp. Replace the fuse cover and push
back into place.
DISPOSAL INFORMATION
The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed
of in normal unsorted municipal waste.
Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimise the recovery
and recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human
health and the environment.
The crossed out “wheeled bin” symbol on the product reminds you of your
obligation, that when you dispose of the appliance it must be separately
collected. Consumers should contact their local authority or retailer for
information concerning the correct disposal of their old appliance.
Igenix Warranty Terms & Conditions
This product is guaranteed for a period of 12 months as standard from the date of purchase against mechanical and electrical defects. You can extend your warranty for a further 12 months by registering your product.
Upon registration we will cover your product for a period of 24 months from the original purchase date against any mechanical or electrical defects.
To qualify for the warranty, the product must be used for domestic household use only and in accordance with the instructions in the user manual. Any misuse of the product will result in the warranty being void.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, tampering or incorrect adjustment or installation.
The warranty will be rendered invalid if the product is resold, has had its serial number removed (or has an invalid serial number), or if an unauthorised person has carried out any repairs or alterations.
The warranty does not cover accessories or consumable parts that require replacement under normal use. This includes shelving, dials, filters, belts and trays etc.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown please refer to the Troubleshooting guide in your user manual and check all plugs, fuses and the electricity supply.
