• Parameter DEFAULT : – – – – PiPE Air

• Quick start: Select Operation Mode for pipe line (PiPE) or ambient temperatures sensing Air – (PASC – Proportional Ambient Control sensing)

• Parameter PiPE : 0°C… +90°C PASC: AIR (PASC) 0°C… +30°C DEFAULT: 3°C

• Quick start : Choose Setpoint Temperature

• Parameters DEFAULT : –20°C: –30 – 0°C

• (PASC-Air only): Lowest ambient temperature

• Parameters
  01 = Ø < DN 25 / 1”
  02 = Ø ≥ DN 25 / 1”
  03 = Ø ≥ DN 50 / 2”
  DEFAULT: 01
  (PASC-Air only): Average pipe diameter level

• Parameters
  YES/NO
  DEFAULT: NO
  Heater operation via external contactor (only if load is not directly connected)

Display

Main display : actual temperature (xxC), setpoint temperature alternating ( txxC)

PARAMETER SETTING

Press Check button for 5 sec. to go in Parameter setting. After 30 sec. without input of parameters the unit is set back to main display.

Escape from parameter settings.

• Parameters
  DEFAULT: 3°C
  PiPE: 0°C … +90°C
  Air: 0°C … –30°C

• Setpoint SP1 : Setpoint Temperature

• Parameters PiPE Air

• Setpoint SP2 : Operation mode (possible to change previously selected parameter with up/down button) for pipe temperature sensing (PiPE) or ambient temperature sensing (Air). Recommendation for pipe sensing: cold water pipes: 3°C; fatty waste water pipes: 40°C.

• Parameters: –30°C ….0°C

• Setpoint SP3 (PASC-Air only): Lowest ambient temperature

• Parameters DEFAULT : 01
  01 = Ø < DN 25 / 1″
  02 = Ø ≥ DN 25 / 1″
  03 = Ø ≥ DN 50 / 2″

• Setpoint SP 4 (PASC-Air only): Average pipe diameter level

• Parameters DEFAULT: ON
  ON/OFF

• Setpoint SP5: Heater operation in sensor failure mode

• Setpoint SP6: Heater operation via external contactor

• Setpoint SP7 (Pipe line only): Hysteresis

• Setpoint SP8 (Pipe line only): Low temperature alarm

• Parameters

  DEFAULT: 65°C

• Setpoint SP9 (Pipe line only): Higher temperature alarm Recommendation: Water pipe lines: max. 65°C; Fatty waste water lines: max. 85°C.

• Setpoint SP11: Test program starts, max. 30 min duration.

• Setpoint SP12: Activate/deactivate Key Lock / code: 036

• Parameters
  Code Nr: 012
  DEFAULT: 000

• Setpoint 13: Activate RESET to factory settings / code: 012. If Reset is triggered, Quick Start will be activated.
  Note : If Quick Start is not completed, unit will be set back to last settings.
