Thank you for purchase of our RIZIZI true wireless bluetooth Earbuds. Please read over our user manual carefully and retain it for future reference.

The earbuds have a playtime of 6 – 8 hours on a single charge. The charging case can recharge the earbuds four times, so you can get 32-40 hours total playtime from a fully charged charging case. Please remove the protective film from the charging case before using the earbuds for the first time.

How to Charge Correctly

USE With USB C cable: Connect the USB C cable to a power source in order to charge both the earbuds and charging case together.

Charging in Progress: The case digital display number flashes from 1 to 100. Fully Charged: The case digital display number is 100,

Charging in Progress: The earbud indicator light is red and the charging case’s digital display bars increase the first to the fourth Fully Charged: The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and the charging case’s digital display columns will disappear.
(If you do not see a red indicator light on the earbuds, please use alcohol to wipe both earbuds’ charging ports, as well as the charging case’s charging pins. Ensure the pins between the earbuds and the charging case are connected securely.)
Note: If the earbuds are charged fully by the charging case, when you plug in theUSB C cable, the red indicator lights on the earbuds will not display- only the charging case’s digital display number will flash. Even if you take the earbuds out of the charging case, and put them down, the red indicator lights will not display. This is normal because the earbuds aren’t consuming any battery power. This design saves the battery of both the earbuds and the charging case. You can use the two earbuds to listen to music as normal. Without USB C cable: A charged case with charge the earbuds even without connection to a power source

Charging In Progress: The earbud indicator light is red and the charging case’s digital display bars increase the first to the fourth.  Fully Charged: The red indicator light on the earbuds will disappear and the charging case’s digital display columns will disappear. If you use a compatible wireless charger to charge the charging case, please place the case in the middle of the wireless charger’s pad.
Power on
Method 1: Remove the two earbuds from the charging case, they will turn on and connect with each other automatically
Method 2: When the earbuds are powered off, press both earbud buttons for 3 seconds. (The indicator lights on both earbuds will turn blue for 1 second).

Power off:
Method 1: Put the two earbuds back into the charging case.(The earbuds’ indicator lights will turn red)
Method 2: When the 2 earbuds are powered on, press both earbud buttons for 5 seconds.(The indicator lights on both earbuds will turn red for 1 second).

Q: How do I Adjust the Volume? the volume is a little low?
A: After you pair the 2 earbuds with your phone.
First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please ClickOnce of any Earbud “+” button. Second, If your phone is Android SYSTEM, Please Firstly ClickOnce of any Earbud “+” button, then Add up the Volume by Your phone.
Because iPhone and Android have different system protocols, so the control procedures are different. If some functions of the Bluetooth earbuds are not available with your phone app, check to see if the phone’s operating system is compatible with the app. Also, you can:

• update y our app version
• download a different app
• update your phone’s operating system

Because the earbuds have a primary/ secondary designation, the batteries are different. The battery of the primary earbud dies faster than that of the secondary earbud. This is normal.
Pairing

•  Remove earbuds from the charging case.
•  Wait for 5 seconds, Once one of the earbud’s Indicator lights flashes red and blue, and the other earbud’s indicator light flashes blue, then the earbuds are paired successfully.
•  Open the Bluetooth of your device, search for and click on the model”A12″. the Earbuds will pair successfully with your device.

Due to signal disruptions present in different environments, the earbuds might not work properly. For example, you might hear abnormalities from the earbuds (such as arbitrary noises). Please put the earbuds into the charging case for 10 secs, then remove and reconnect them with your device again. the problem will be solved.
When you have an incoming call, click the earbud to receive the call. If you use your phone to receive the call, the audio will go through the phone, not the earbuds.
Note:

1.  If you have purchased 2 or more sets of earbuds from our company. Please pair each set separately. When you want to use them, pair the two earbuds from one set with your phone first, then next pair the earbuds of the other set.
2. Please do not pair one earbud from one set with an earbud from a different set. This will affect normal use. (For example,1. If you want to use one earbud, your spouse wants to use the other one, please ensure that these two earbuds come from the same set.
3. If you want to use one set of earbuds for yourself for one device, after you have paired the matching earbuds together, then your spouse can open the second pair.

Notice: When you are listening to music and you receive a call suddenly after you finish the call, you might have trouble restarting the music, Just replace the earbuds into the charging case. Once the earbuds’ indicator lights are red, then remove the earbuds from the case. The problem will be solved.

Questions&Answers

Q: The Earbuds can’t be charged by the charging case?
A: Firstly: Confirm that the charging case has power If the power level of the charging case is low or empty, the charging case cannot recognize the earbuds when you insert them, Therefore, the earbuds cannot be charged .. If the charging case can’t be charged normally, Please try a different USB C cable to charge. Secondly: Ensure that you have removed the plastic film used to protect the earbuds during shipping from the charging case. Thirdly: Use alcohol to wipe the charging ports of both earbuds as well as the charging pin of the charging case.  Allow drying before replacing the earbuds into the case. Fourthly: When putting the earbuds in the case, ensure that the earbuds match the model of the case exactly, and press down on the earbuds after placing them into the charging case. After a long time of wearing, the ear hooks are easily deformed, which leads to incomplete contact between the charging port and the thimble of the compartment. This can result in a failure to charge.  Fifthly: Ensure that the charging pins in the charging case don’t go down. Only the earbuds are being successfully charged when the earbud indicator light is red and the charging case’s digital display bars move up and down.

Why can I pair the earbuds with my phone, but not with my PC?
A: Once you have paired the earbuds with advice, they will connect automatically with that device the next time you use them. You must end that connection before making a new one. Before you attempt to pair the earbuds with your PC or another new device, make sure you have turned off or “forgotten” the Bluetooth model “A12” from your phone or original device.

Q: Why is sound coming from only one earbud? I can’t pair the earbuds with each other. Firstly: Confirm that both earbuds are turned on
A.Forget the original “Al2″ Bluetooth model from your device, and close your device’s Bluetooth. B, Put earbuds into the charging case, once the earbuds indicator light is red for 3secs, then remove the earbuds from the charging case. the 2 earbuds will pair with each other successfully (one of the earbud’s indicator light flashes red and blue, and the other earbud’s indicator light flashes blue, then the earbuds are paired successfully.). C: Open the Bluetooth of your device, search for and click on the model”A12”. the Earbuds will pair successfully with your device. device. Secondly, Reset the Earbuds to factory setting

If the first way doesn’t work, please try the second way.
A: Forget the original”A12″ Bluetooth model from your device, and close your device’s Bluetooth. B: Turn off the earbuds. If the earbuds are not off, hold down the earbuds buttons for 5 seconds and let them power off. The earbuds indicator lights will flash red for 1 second.C: Then hold down both earbud buttons at the same time for 12 seconds, release the buttons until the indicator lights for both earbuds flash blue for the second time. (The whole Indicator lights the change process: 1. The indicator lights of both earbuds flash blue 3 times, at the same time 2. The Indicator light of one earbud flashes red and blue. The other indicator light flashes blue3. The indicator lights of both earbuds flash blue 3 times for the second time (release the button at this step) D: After several seconds, one earbud’s indicator light will flash red and blue, and the other earbud’s light will flash blue. The earbuds have paired with each other successfully. E: Open the Bluetooth of your device. Find and click on HA12″1n the Bluetooth menu. Note: If your device can’t find the Bluetooth model of”A12″ close, then reopen the Bluetooth option and search again.
Q: How can I use only one earbud with my phone?
A: Forget the original pairing model “A12 ” from your phone. B. Put both earbuds in the charging case, press them down. The indicator lights will turn red. This shows that the earbuds are being charged. Charge them fully to use. C. Remove only one earbud from the charging case. Its indicator light will flash red and blue. D.Open the Bluetooth of your phone, search for and click on the model “A12”, then a single earbud will connect with your phone successfully. Please Try the above tips one by one. They will help you connect only one earbud. If you want to connect with just one earbud, remove o only one earbud from the charging case.

Safety Precautions

The earbuds and charging case are of excellent quality. To extend the life of this product, follow these instructions:

1. Keep this product away from extreme heat, humidity or corrosive environments.
2. Prevent this product from being struck or dropped, warping, soaking, etc.
3. Don’t dismantle the Earbuds or Charging Case.
4. Don’t overcharge t his product for a long t time, as this will decrease the battery service Life.
5. Stop using this product immediately if it causes discomfort or pain.
6. Use DC-SV 1A chargers/ adapters certified by a regulated manufacturer. Recharging and discharging the headphones repeatedly will lead to a decrease in battery performance over time, which is normal for all rechargeable batteries.(Don’t press the elastic pin contact point, which can cause the product to function incorrectly.)
