User Instructions / Tips for cup use

(1) When using for the first time, you can use boiling water or add some food detergent to scald for 2-3 times, and thoroughly clean the inner container, the mouth of the cup and the outside of the cup body
(2) clean the water cup regularly; You can use soft cloth and warm water to dilute food detergent to clean the water cup every day
(3) If the water cup produces scale, put lemon slices, lemon juice, baking soda or white vinegar, add hot water to dilute, soak for half an hour and wipe dry with a soft cloth
(4) Do not put the water cup into the disinfection cabinet or dishwasher.
(5) Prevent falling and impact, take good care of the cup and prolong Its service Iife

Remark:

1 To use the app, you need to turn on Bluetooth and location information. If you can’t connect to the water cup, you can turn on the settings and whether the Bluetooth and location information permissions of wechat or xiaoshuiguei app are turned on. (to avoid subsequent connection problems, you agree to Bluetooth and location permissions when installing the app)

2. Android / Apple phones must meet two conditions when binding water cups:
The hardware of the mobile phone support Bluetooth 4.0 or above;
Android system must be based on Android 8.0 and above;
IOS operating system must be based on 10.0 and above

Login account

(1) Log in from my page
(2) First login number and corresponding login number

Connecting the cup

(1) turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile
(2) phone; from the “equipment” page, click Search equipment;
(3) click the searched water cup and confirm to connect the current device;
(4) after the equipment is successfully connected, the cup body connection indicator is displayed Blue symbol.

Precise temperature regulation

Connect the mobile app / applet to adjust the water temperature, which can be accurate to 40C ~ 62c per degree.

Temperature regulation method

A) Enter the “drinking water” page – click the water cup icon;
B) Enter the “equipment” page – click the water cup icon – click temperature control

Light temperature display

Temperature light display, different lights represent different temperature ranges

≤39°C         40-50°C         51-60°C         ≥61°C

Description of light change

The change of light is the change of light color at the above four temperatures;
When the water temperature is lower than the set temperature, the upper white light flashes;
When the water temperature is higher than the set temperature, the lower white light flashes;
When the water temperature changes to the set temperature, the white lights are off.

Charging Instructions

Connect the charger to the coaster, plug in the power supply, place the cup on the coaster, and the metal ring at the bottom of the cup is in full contact with the thimble of the coaster.

Power indicator description

During charging, the charging sign shows green light and flashes slowly;
Fully charged, the green light of charging sign is fixed;
When the power is less than 10%, the red light of the cup is always on.

Note: If the charging indicator lights red and green at the same time, it is in fault state and displays orange and yellow.

Wireless constant temperature

After the water cup is full and the coaster is opened, the water temperature can be kept at the set temperature gear for 1-2 hours.

Safety precautions

(1) This product is household utensils.
(2) Do not store carbonated beverages.
(3) It shall not be used to keep dairy products or baby food warm for a long time (there is a risk of bacterial reproduction).
(4) Please wipe the water stains in time before use, and keep the cup bottom and coaster dry to avoid damage.
(5) Do not expose to high temperature sunlight.
(6) Do not use microwave and other heating equipment to heat the product.
(7) Do not use the dishwasher.

(9) Non professionals are not allowed to disassemble, repair or replace parts without authorization.

Warranty description
