The Lithium Battery Power Bank has the following specifications:
- Current Protection: If current is greater than 150A, battery protection will turn on.
- High Voltage Protection: If charging voltage is above 29.2Vdc (24V system) or 58.4Vdc (48V system), battery protection will turn on.
- Low Voltage Protection: When the battery discharges to 22.4Vdc (24V system) or 44.8Vdc (48V system) or less, battery protection will turn on.

Product Usage Instructions
Installation
To install the Lithium Battery Power Bank, follow these steps:
- For a single set of Lithium battery products connecting to an inverter, refer to section 4.1 of the user manual for detailed instructions.
- For multiple sets of Lithium battery products connecting to an inverter, refer to section 4.2 of the user manual for detailed instructions.
- Choose an appropriate installation location as described in section 4.3 of the user manual.
Troubleshooting Steps
If you encounter any issues with the Lithium Battery Power Bank, follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Refer to section 5.1 of the user manual for problem determination based on symptoms.
- Follow the preliminary determination steps mentioned in section 5.2 of the user manual.
- If the battery cannot be charged or discharged, follow the steps mentioned in section 5.3 of the user manual.
Emergency Situations
In case of emergency situations, follow the solutions mentioned in the user manual:
- If the current is greater than 150A, check if the current is too large and adjust the setting on the power supply side.
- If the charging voltage is too high, check if the voltage exceeds 29.2Vdc (24V system) or 58.4Vdc (48V system) and adjust the setting on the power supply side.
- If the battery discharges to a low voltage, charge the battery for some time until the LED light turns off.

Safety Precautions
Reminding
- It is very important and necessary to read the user manual carefully (in the accessories) before installing or using the battery. Failure to do so or to follow any of the instructions or warnings in this document can result in electrical shock, serious injury,or death,or can damage the battery, potentially rendering it inoperable.
- If the battery is stored for a long time,it is required to charge them every six months, and the soc should be no less than 90%.
- The battery needs to be recharged within 12 hours, after fully discharged.
- Do not expose the cable outside.
- All the battery terminals must be disconnected for maintenance.
- Please contact the supplier within 24 hours if there is something abnormal.
- Do not use cleaning solvents to clean the battery.
- Do not expose the battery to flammable or harsh chemicals or vapors.
- Do not paint any part of the battery , include any internal or external components.
- Do not connect the battery with PV solar wiring directly.
- The warranty claims are excluded for direct or indirect damage due to the items above.
- Any foreign object is prohibited to insert into any part of the battery
Before Connecting
- After unpacking, please check the product and packing list first,if the product is damaged or lacks of parts, please contact the local retailer.
- Before installation,be sure to cut off the grid power and make sure the battery is in the turned-off mode .
- Wiring must be correct,do not mistake the positive and negative cables,and ensure no short circuit with the external device.
- It is prohibited to connect the battery and AC power directly.
- The embedded BMS in the battery . The wall-mounted case are not allowed to be used in series ,in the communication state, a maximum of 16 parallel connections are allowed.
- The battery system must be well grounded and the resistance must be less than 1Ω.
- Please ensured the electrical parameters of the battery system are compatible to related equipment .
- Keep the battery away from water and fire
In Using
- If the battery system needs to be moved or repaired, the power must be cut off and the battery is completely shut down.
- It is prohibited to connect the battery with a different type of battery.
- It is prohibited to put the battery working with a faulty or incompatible inverter.
- It is prohibited to disassemble the battery (QC tab removed or damaged) .
- In case of fire , only dry powder fire extinguishers can be used, liquid fire extinguishers are prohibited.
- Please do not open , repair or disassemble the battery except staff from the manufacturer.We do not undertake any consequences or related responsibility which because of violation of safety operation or violating of design, production, and equipment safety standards.
Introduction
- 24/48VDC series Lithium battery power bank is one of the new energy storage products developed ,it can be used to support reliable power for various types of equipment and systems . Is especially suitable for application scenes of high power, limited installation space, restricted load-bearing and long cycle life.
- 24/48VDC series has a built-in BMS battery management system, which can manage and monitor cell information including voltage, current, and temperature. What’s more, BMS can balance cells charging and discharging to extend cycle life.
- Multiple batteries can be connected in parallel to expand capacity and power in parallel for larger capacity and longer power-supporting duration requirements.
- The capacity of the Lithium battery should be higher than the Solar Inverter which you will connect with.

- The whole module is non-toxic,non-polluting, and environmentally friendly.
- The cathode material is made from LiFePO4 with safety performance and long cycle life.
- Battery management system (BMS) has protection functions including over-discharge, overcharge,over-current, and high/low temperature.
- The system can automatically manage the charge and discharge state and balance the current and voltage of each cell.
- In the flexible configuration, multiple battery modules can be in parallel for expanding capacity and Power.
- Adopted self-cooling mode rapidly reduced system entire noise. The module has less self-discharge,up to 6 months without charging it on the shelf,no memory effect, and excellent performance of shallow charge and discharge.

Equipment Interface Instruction
CAUTION
- If the ambient temperature is outside the operation range, the battery pack stops operation to protect itself. The optimal temperature range for the battery pack to operate is 0℃ to 50℃ .
- Frequent exposure to harsh temperature may deteriorate the performance and life of the battery pack
Trouble Shooting Steps
Problem determination based on:
- Whether the battery can be turned on or not.
- If battery is turned on, check the LED light is off, flashing or lighting.
- If the LED light is off, check whether the battery can be charge/discharge or not.
Preliminary determination steps:

Battery cannot turn on, switch on the lights are all no lighting or flashing.
If the battery external switch is on, the LED light is flashing, and the external power supply voltage is 48V or more, the battery still unable to turn on, please contact distributor. -
The battery can be turned on, but red light is lighting, and cannot charge or discharge. If the red light is lighting, that means system is abnormal, please check values as following:

Temperature: Above 50℃ or under -10℃, the battery could not work. Solution: to move battery to the normal operation temperature range between -10℃ and 50℃.

Current: If current is greater than 150A, battery protection will turn on .
Solution: Check whether current is too large or not, if it is, to change the setting on power supply side. -
High Voltage: If charging voltage above 29.2Vdc(24V system) or 58.4Vdc(48V system), battery protection will turn on.
Solution: Check whether voltage is too high or not, if it is, to change the setting on power supply side. -
Low Voltage: When the battery discharges to 22.4Vdc(24V system) 44.8Vdc(48V system) or less, battery protection will turn on.
Solution: Charge the battery for some time, the LED light turn off.
The battery cannot be charged or discharged

Cannot be charged:
Disconnect the power cables, measure voltage on power side, if the voltage is 25.6~27.0Vdc(24V system) or 51.2~54.0Vdc(48V system) ,restart the battery, connect the power cable and try again, if still not work, turn off battery and contact distributor. -
Unable to discharge:
Disconnect the power cables and measure voltage on battery side, if it is under 22.3 V or 44.5V, please charge the battery. If voltage is above 24V or 48V and still cannot discharge, turn off battery and contact distributor.
Installation Location
Make sure that the installation location meets the following conditions.
- The area is completely water proof.
- The floor is flat and level.
- There are no flammable or explosive materials.
- The ambient temperature is within the range from 0℃ to 50℃.
- The temperature and humidity is maintained at a constant level.
- There is minimal dust and dirt in the area.
- Use fitting screws to fix the box on the wall

- Click on the “Connected Devices” , then select the available WIFI device to connect to.
- Go back to the page and click on the “Refresh List”.
- To facilitate identification and management, the WIFI module can be renamed .
- Click on to access the WIFI device with the assigned IP address

Tools
The following tools are required to install the battery pack
NOTE
Use properly insulated tools to prevent accidental electric shock or short
circuits. If insulated tools are not available,cover the entire exposed metal
surfaces of the available tools, except their tips, with electrical tape.

Installation
One set Lithium battery product connects to Inverter
Operation instructions:
- Use the RJ45 communication cable of the accessory, and connect the 485 communication port of the inverter to the 485 communication port of the lithium battery.
- Set the communication device address of the lithium battery pack to 1
- Set the inverter’s battery type to LIB mode
Multiple sets of Lithium battery product connects to Inverter
Operation instructions:
- Use the RJ45 communication cable of the accessory, and connect the 485 communication port of the inverter to the 485 communication port of the first lithium battery.
- Then use the RJ45 communication cable of the accessory, and connect the 485 communication port of the 1st lithium battery to the 485 communication port of the 2nd lithium battery.
- Set the communication device address of the 1st lithium battery pack to 1.
- Set the communication device address of the 2nd lithium battery pack to 2 .
- Set the inverter’s battery type to LIB mode
