Get your frame ready
- Place your frame on a flat surface, face down and attach the screw-in kickstand.
- Bend the kickstand to stand and to support the frame, position the frame in either portrait or landscape orientation. Don’t worry: the kickstand has a rigid design and can also be angled to positon your frame view perfectly.
- Connect the frame into the DC connector, and plug the power adaptor into the wall socket, the frame will turn on automatically, then you can follow the on-screen instructions.
Wall-mount your frame
You have two ways to mount your frame on the wall. (1) Drill a screw on the wall, leave a 10mm gap between the wall and the head of screw. Mount the frame onto the screw by wall mount hole and slide down to lock into place.(2) Prepare a VESA mount bracket *. Lock the VESA mount bracket into the VESA holes on the back side of the frame. Then you can hang the frame on the wall. It is not included in our merchandise.
How to use your frame ?
Set up your frame
Follow the below on-screen instructions to set up your frame
- Set the language and time zone.
- Select your WiFi network, enter the associated WiFi password. Now the frame is ready to use.
Download the OK Frame APP
You have two ways to install the OK Frame APP.
- Scan the QR code under setting menu of the frame to download it.
- Search ‘OK Frame’ on APP Store or Google Play to download it.
- Register your OK Frame personal account and log in.
- Create your playlist.
At least one playlist is must for new user as default playlist. Otherwise you are unable to pair your frame without any default playlist in.
Pair your frame
You have two ways to pair your frame, scan the QR code or input the SN number
under setting menu to pair your frame.
Now you can instantly share photos from your smart phone anytime and anywhere.
Web Portal
Besides the OK Frame APP, you can also visit www.okayframe.com to upload your
photos to the OK Frame cloud and manage your playlists. The login name and
password of the OK Frame APP can be used in common with
www.okayframe.com.
Customer Questions & Answers
Q: How do my family members send photos to my frame ?
A: All the family must download the OK Frame App, register, and log in. After
pairing your frame, then they can use the App to send their photos to your
frame
. Q : Can I share photos when I don’t set a default playlist ?
A: No, you can’t send photos if you haven’t set a default playlist. You need
create at least 1 playlist. When you only have 1 playlist, all the photos you
send will be stored in this playlist
. Q: Can this digital photo frame read photos or videos from a USB or SD
card ?
A: Yes, the frame can read photo or video files from your USB drive or SD
card. USB Port and SD card slot are available.
Q: How many pictures can it store ?
A: We provide 10GB free cloud storage now. Estimated you can upload 200,000
photos around if each file is 500KB.
Q: Can I download photos from the Cloud Album ?
A: No, you can’t. The function of Album we define is to manage your
treasured photos. You can group them in the Album, so that you can easily
create a playlist via your Cloud Album.
Q: Does it automatically change the picture orientation ?
A: Yes, the picture auto rotates when you change the frame orientation to
landscape or portrait.
Q:How do I upload photos from my laptop to the Lovcube cloud rather than
using my mobile phones ? A: Hello, you can log in website entrance
www.okayframe.com to upload photos instead of App. Q: Does it have touch
screen ?
A: Yes, It has a touch screen. The touch screen is easily controlled and
response quickly.
Q: Can this digital photo frame connect to WiFi networks on 5GHz band ( and
not limited only to 2.4GHz ) ?
A: No, this model can’t support 5G WiFi connection. Only 2.4G WiFi can work.
