Use the product only for the intended purpose.

- To avoid unintentional data loss, you should regularly make backup copies on more than one data carrier.
- If you use the product for a very long time, it may no longer be possible to read, write or delete data.
To do this, see the instructions in your device’s operating manual.
Note -Android
- On Android devices, you can access the memory via a file manager app. If such an app is not yet installed on your end device, download a corresponding app via a download portal for Android apps.
• If your end device is host/OTG-capable, has the necessary software version, and still does not recognize the Hama FlashPen, you may have to download and install an additional plug-in app via a download portal for Android apps.
Warning
- The Hama USB memory devices must never be disconnected from the computer or notebook while data is still being transferred!A loss of data could then not be ruled out.
- Never use the USB type A and the micro-USB type B plug at the same time.
Disconnection
Carry out the disconnection procedure specified by your operating system.
If this procedure is not observed, data loss cannot be excluded!
