  • Turn off the router and unplug the power adapter before installing any external panel antenna.
  • Do not use an external antenna during thunderstorms.
  • Only use external antennas provided by your carrier.

Quick Configuration Guide

The router supports a standard RJ45 cable or WLAN wireless to connect to a computer. Supports Windows XP/Windows 7/Windows 8/Window 10/MAC OS/Linux/Android.
A. Insert the SIM Card according to the given instructions.
B. Connect the LAN cable to the LAN port and check to match the power adapter label and device sticker before plugging into the power outlet.
C. Set your computer network to obtain an IP address automatically.
Once the computer gets the 1P address, open your web browser and type the default gateway IP address “192.168.0.1.”
D. Click “Login” in the upper right corner to access the user page using the username and password indicated on the device sticker at the bottom of the device.

E. Wi-Fi configuration
Wi-Fi is enabled by default, and the default Wi-Fi name and password are provided on the device sticker label.
If you need to modify them, log in first to the device website.
Click Device Settings > Wi-Fi-2.4GHz settings or Wi-Fi-5GHz settings and then follow the instruction to set your own Wi-Fi password.

Precautions

  1. When you remove and insert the SIM card, please ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Do not use the equipment during thunderstorms and unplug the external antenna and power adapter.
  3. If the device is working fine, do not change the parameter or other functions. If changed and you cannot access the Internet, please try to reboot. Press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds to restore the factory settings.

Common faults and treatment methods

Common Faults Treatment Methods
The device is powered on but the front panel power light is off. Check the

power adapter if it’s properly plugged in the power outlet and the device power port. Check the cable for
any damage.
Computer local connection is not displayed. Cannot successfully PING IP address of the device. Cannot open the WEB page.| Check the computer’s LAN network status. See if it automatically obtains the IP address from the device DHCP pool. Reboot your
computer and your modem. Clear your browsing history / CACHE. Check your LAN cable if properly plugged in the LAN port.
The device is working but cannot access the Internet through the web| Set the computer to automatically obtain the IP address and DNS server address.
Change user page login password or SSID password but forgot the password.| Hold and press the reset button for more than 5 seconds to restore the
factory settings. Check the username and password in the back label information.

FCC Statement

This equipment must be installed and operated in accordance with provided instructions. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed with a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and consider removing the no-collocation statement.

  1. this device may not cause interference.

The device meets the exemption from the routine evaluation limits in section 2.5 of RSS 102 and compliance with RSS-102 RF exposure, users can obtain Canadian information on RF exposure and compliance.
