App Operation

The phone can easily connect to the WiFi of the device. You can more clearly watch the pore enlargement and blackheads sucking out on the App.

App Download

• Scan the following QR code to download the App.

• Please search [ULOOK] on App Store/Google Play to download if you cannot scan the QR code.
  

• Available for iOS, Android 6.0, and above systems.

• Follow the latest guidelines of App for operation, maybe slightly different due to the upgrade and update of the App.

App Functions

1. Device: Press the power button for two seconds to turn it on. Ensurethe device is on, or the phone can’t connect to the WiFi.

2. Phone: Turn on [Settings]   [WLAN] Connect the WiFi [Vellcam-xxxxxx]. Note: [xxxxxx] has six different characters.
   

   • A shows a successful connection  
   • Please turn on the device again and reconnect if connect is unsuccessful or unstable.

3. The interface shows two buttons.

   • Click [Start] to watch the image transmitted with the camera of the device.

   • Without WiFi connected, it will turn to the App Access permission settings

   • Click the button to select the App system language
     

4. The interface shows three available settings

   • Record: Click the button to save the video.

   • Snapshot: Click the button to save the image transmitted by the camera

   • Zoom: Change the range watched and magnification to clean the pores as desired.

5. The App won’t work if you reject the access permission.

   • Read the [Terms of Use and Privacy Policy] carefully.

   • Click the pink characters to know more details.
     

   • The App will access the [Cellular] and[WLAN].
     

   • The App will access the camera and photos.

   • Enable or disable the access as required.

6. Close the App after use.

7. How to remove the App.

   • Delete the [ULOOK] App.

   • iPhone: Settings General  Storage [ULOOK] App Offload/ Delete.
     

Care Steps

Removing blackheads needs a combination of several steps and keeping regular pore cleansing.

1. Download and install the App. Check [App Download] for details.

2. Connect the App with the device. Check [App Functions] for details.

3. Facial care before use.

   • Remove makeup, then clean the face

   • Use the hot towel or facial steamer to team the face for 5-8 mins to help open the pores.

   • A hot water bath isn’t the first choice because it will make moisture loss.

   • Applying blackhead softener to the nose can help soften blackheads and bring them to the surface.

4. Attach the appropriate suction head to the device as your needs. best to start with a small round suction head the first time.

5. Please test the suction power on your palm or forearm before use.

6. Correct cleaning areas.

   • It will work well in the blue area.
   • It should be careful to use on the gray area.

7. Choose the power: Level 1 appropriate suction Level 2 Level 3. It is best to start with the lowest setting, keep it moving. Increase the suction level gradually according to skin feeling.
   

8. You can use pressure downwards, making the suction head tighter against the skin and slide it across your skin

9. .Two situations.

   • The device sucks blackheads away, but just those on the surface.
   • It will suck stubborn blackheads a little out at the first use, and they will be pulled out entirely after a few more sessions.
   • Note: You can also use the included blackhead remover set to handle those blackheads. At this time, they can be pulled out more quickly than before.

10. The correct ways for use

    • Move the probe in a horizontal direction instead of a vertical direction.

    • Keep moving and do not stay in the same position for more than 2 seconds. You will see pores that don’t pop, keep going over the to avoid suction marks.
      

    • Move the suction head in a circular or linear massage.

    • Don’t let the observation of the image distract you from the time when the probe stays on the skin.

    • Tilt the side of the probe to release the pressure and take it off quickly

    • Drag it while sucking the skin. After taking the suction head away, suck and drag like before again. Keep doing this repeatedly.

11. Facial care after use.

    • After cleaning, apply minimizing toner or pore cold mist steam to help shrink pores.

    • Then turn on there LED light for circular massageforabout5mins to promote better skin absorption of the essence.

    • Switch to blue LED light to shrink pores further, as well as improve grease secretion.

    • Finally, apply a moisturizing mask, gel, or cream to hydrate the skin.

    • It is normal for the skin to turn red slightly after suction. It will
      dissipate within 1 hour generally if you follow the manual.

    • If the probe inadvertently stays on your skin for a long-time, resulting in redness or bruises. In that case, they will disappear in about 1-3days.

    • Note: This time is for reference only, depending on the skin damage. You can also apply ice to the skin.

12. Pore cleaning is recommended 1-2 times per week. Once a week for sensitive and dry skin, for oily and combination skin twice a week.

13. After two weeks: The pores are improved noticeably, and the facial skin becomes smoother.

Suction Heads
The suction heads are made up of soft silicone. Those are safe, harmless, and non-irritating. The edge of the suction head will not scratch the skin, more kind to sensitive skin.

Big Round Suction Head

• Strong suction power and wide range.

• It should be careful to use on thin skin.

Small Round Suction Head

•  Moderate suction power.
• The end and alae of the nose.
• Better for thin and sensitive skin.

Oval Suction Head

• Moderate suction power.
• Nasal grooves and areas with wrinkles.

Suction Heads Connection
Connect the suction head to the top of the device. Make sure that the suction head is fully connected to the device to avoid air leakage.

Functions

Power & Suction Button

• Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn on, and the device will be on standby. The LED white light lights up, and the display shows the green power light.
• Short press the button on standby. In a cycle, the suction power will switch between [Standby on- Level 1 – Level 2 – Level 3 ]. At the same time, the corresponding round white light in the display will light up.
• Long press and hold the button for 2 seconds to turn it off on standby or working

LED Light Button

• Short press the button on standby or working.
• LED light colors will change once with each press. Colors[White-Red – Blue] will vary in turns by this separate button

Protection

• The device will automatically shut down if not operatedwithin15mins, whether on standby or working.
• It will automatically shut down after five flashes of the power light if the power supply voltage is low to 3V during the use of the device.
• You cannot turn it on during charging.

Attention

Charging

1. Charge the device fully before using it for the first time.

2. Use a standard qualified 5V/2A adapter for charging.

3. The red power light is on during charging.

4. The green power light is on when charged fully.

5. The red power light flashes when the power is low and needs charging.
   Note: Confirm whether the USB connector jack has poor contact or the power supply is standard if you cannot turn the power on after charging for 10 seconds.

6. Fully charge at least once every six months.

7. Charge, use, and keep the device at -10℃to 40℃. 8.Do not charge it for more than 12 hours at the longest.

Cleaning and Safety

1. Ensure the device is off when cleaning.
2. Do not wash it with water.
3. The device is not waterproof, so wipe it clean with a damp tissue or cloth after each use.
4. Clean the lens with a cotton swab.
5. Do not use a corrosive solution to wipe the device.

Precautions of Usage

2. Charge fully and turn again if unable to turn it on for the first use.3.Please turn on the device again and reconnect if connect is unsuccessful or unstable.
3. Stuttering or flickering of the screen in use may be due to the insufficient power of the device. Just charge and reconnect.
4. The device’s temperature in use rises slightly, which is normal, and you do not need to worry.
5. Ensure steam your face and apply the blackhead softener before use. You will feel pores improved after several times instead of once use.
6. It is normal for the skin to turn red slightly after suction. It will dissipate within 1 hour generally if you follow the manual.
