Note: Before installing the APP,please make sure you’ve calibrated the printer correctly as following steps: -
Feed labels

Long press feed button until printer beep one, release your fingers

Printer will automatically calibrate the printer and load two labels.

For IOS
If you can not find the file in Pic 4 of, you can start the printing device by
Pic 9 – Pic 13.
If you still can not find the file you can share PDF file through social media
pls follow the Pic 14 – 17 . And then continue to pic1 to pic 8 on
Note: If you have received a label (pdf. file) from Twitter or Instagram or other apps, you can open and print it as below.
For Android
If you cannot find the file with Android, there are two methods you can print.
open the file in Messenger. The first one” Download official version”. If
finishing, open the shipping printer – choose file, you can find the file. The
second one ” Other apps”, click it. And then tap the” Shipping Printer “by
Pic18 -Pic 21, and then continue to pic 1 to pic 8 as showed.
Note: If you can not connect Bluetooth in Pic 3 of page 2 , pls make sure your “Location Service” and ” Tracking”on by Pic 22-Pic 23 . And then follow pic 1 to pic8 as showed.

Please print PDF file but not picture. The quality of print PDF is
better than photo. If you have to use photo, you should use the high-quality picture. -
The iPad device may not be compatible with the printer, it is better to use the mobile phone Bluetooth to print.
FAQs
Why am I printing blank or incomplete labels?
Please follow the steps:
1, power off your printer
2, power on again, and load your label paper
3, press and hold on feed button until printer beep one noise, release your
finger, printer will automatically study paper size, when finished, try to
print again.
Would this work with the mercari app?
This bluetooth label printer could be work with phone and windows, and you need download app-shipping printer from Apple store or Google paly first.

Compatible with any thermal direct label with a width range of 1.57″ to 4.1″, including 4″x6″, 4″x3″, 4″x2″, 3″x2″, 3″x1″ size labels.
Can I use label size 4×8?
Yes, you could use label size 4×8, and this label printer will be work with your label.
Why its blinking in red? Won’t print
Your labels are not loaded correctly or you don’t have a complete connection to your computer via cable or bluetooth
Only bluethooth? What about Wi-Fi?
The Bluetooth label printer will support only bluethooth temporarily, and the label printer can support windows, ipad, iphone.
Does this come with a template let for the labels? so I can print
Sorry that this bluetooth printer won’t come with a template, however, you could print any direct thermal label with a wide range from 1.57″ to 4.1″, just save as a pdf file and it will be work.
How many labels in one roll will fit in the printer?
350 pcs 4×6 shipping labels in one roll will fit in this bluetooth thermal label printer.
Will it work with a 1.5 inch circle?
Sorry, the printer maybe not work with a 1.5 inch circle.
How do I batch print from mobile/print multiple labels per minute ?
You could print multiple labels if all of them in the same PDF file.
