heated up sufficiently.
| Let the appliance heat up
≈30 seconds (‘steam- ready” light will be on). When the appliance is ready for use, the light turns off.
| You have not pressed the steam trigger fully.| Press the steam trigger fully
for a few seconds.
| The water level in the water tank is too low or it has all been used up.|
Unplug the appliance and
refill the water tank.
| Steam plate is placed in a horizontal position.| Use the appliance vertically, wait for a few seconds for the steam to be released.
