  •  This appliance must only be used for the purpose for which it has been manufactured, i.e. for additional electrical heating in rooms.   •  Do not immerse the unit or mains plug in water or other liquids. Risk of electric shock! However, if this should occur, remove the mains plug immediately and then have the unit checked by an expert before using it again.

  •  Check accessories and connection parts for possible damage prior to every use of the device. Do not use any defective devices or device parts.
  •  Ensure to insert the mains plug into a properly secured mains socket.
  •  In order to avoid overheating, it is advisable to unwind the entire length of the power cord.
  •  Before cleaning or carrying out maintenance on the device, care or repair work on the device, disconnect it from the electrical mains by removing the plug from the electrical outlet.
  •  Switch off the device and remove the plug from the electrical outlet when not in use.
  •  Defective power cables pose a serious health risk!
  •  During the installation of the device ensure the minimum distance between the wall and objects is a minimum of 50CM to 100CM.
  •  To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 1m from the air outlet.
  •  Make sure that the air inlet and outlet are not obstructed.
  •  Do not place the device on the combustible ground.
  •  Before maintenance, cleaning or transporting the device allow the device to cool down completely.
  •  Do not obstruct the ventilation or heat dispersion openings.
  •  Do not use the appliance immediately below a fixed power outlet.
  •  In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
  •  The heater must not be used if the glass panels are damaged.
  •  The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
  •  To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 1m from the air outlet.
  •  Keep the appliance away from hot objects (e.g. Hotplates) and open flames.
    CAUTION: Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

APPLICATIONS

  1.  Note: This product is only designed for use inside well-insulated rooms or for occasional use.
  2.  The device must only be used in closed rooms.

NOTES

  1. Carefully unpack the box and remove the device and accessories. Place the device (glass convector heater) on a protected surface. Ensure the feet is properly fixed on the device.
  2.  Please check if all the articles are included and there is no damage seen.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (FOOT ASSEMBLY)

Please ensure you have all the accessories (included) foot and screws to assemble on the device

  1. Please make sure the device is not connected to power.
  2.  Carefully place the device (glass convector heater) down (as shown below) on a protected surface. Ensure the tempered glass surface is facing downwards.
  3.  Using the ST4123 screws install the feet on the device (glass convector heater). Ensure the feet is properly fixed on the device.
  4.  Carefully lift the device up to its position. You can now move and place the device in the desired location you choose.
    NOTE: Using the lock feature on the brakes you can park the device on the location to ensure its stability.

FUNCTIONS

NOTE : The device will indicate a beep sound while setting the functions (Mode, Time, Temperature, “+” & “-” )

MINIMUM DISTANCE PLACEMENT OF THE DEVICE
Glass convector heater must be placed on the desired location carefully and ensure the distance between the wall and objects is a minimum of 50CM to 100CM

NOTES
Stand BY Mode: When the device is restarted after its cooldown period the device will start in Standby mode (25°C-27°C). Cool Down Period – After using the heater please power off the device and allow minimum 30 minutes for the device to cool down. Please note the device cool down period will be subjected to the usage period, the room size and other factors. Due to this please allow minimum 30 minutes if required please allow more time until the device has been completely cooled down.

INSTRUCTIONS: USING THE DEVICE

  1. Once the device has been positioned successfully maintain the minimum distance placement of the device (Min 50-100CMs).
  2. Ensure power is switched OFF and connect the EU plug into the power outlet and switch the power ON.
  3. On the side of the device, set the switch (Point E) to ON position (Refer Figure 1). The device will start with a beep sound and the LCD display will light up.
  4.  Press the power button on the touch panel or remote control to activate the heater. The device will enter standby mode displaying (25°C-27°C) on the LCD display.
  5.  Press the Mode button on the control panel/ remote control (Figure 2 and Table 1), the device will start in Low-temperature heating mode. You can switch between Frost-Low temperature and High-temperature mode by using the mode button on the control panel/ remote control (Figure 2 and Table 1)

Modes: Tap on the Mode button on the touch panel/ remote control (Figure 2 and Table 1) to switch between Frost-Low-High modes.

Frost Mode: Operates at 1.5W (Designed with a thermostat, frost mode ensures keeping small rooms free from frost).

Low-temperature Mode: Operates at 1000W (Allowing the temperature range to be set from 15°C-35°C.).
High-temperature Mode: Operates at 2000W (Allowing the temperature range to be set from 15°C-35°C.).

TRANSPORTATION
Please ensure to transport the device properly, failure to do so may result in damaging the device. Before transporting or moving or adjusting the device please ensure to follow the below steps.

  1.  Switch off the power and unplug the mains plug from the mains socket.
  2.  Ensure the device is cooled down properly.
  3. If the brake was applied, release the brake from the wheels.
  4.  Now you can transport or move the device. Do not use the power plug to move or transport the device.

STORAGE

Before storing the device please ensure to follow the below steps.
Note : Remove the batteries from the remote control and ensure to store the battery in dry and protected environment.

  1. Switch off the power and unplug the devices main plug from the mains socket.
  2.  Ensure the device is cooled down properly.
  3.  Ensure the environment is dry and protected from dust, sunlight, frost.
  4. Make sure the device is stored in upright position. Do not place it downwards.
  5. We recommend to put a cover on the device to protect from dust.
  6.  Ensure there is no other device or object placed on top of the device from any damage being caused to the device.

MAINTENANCE

  1. Please do not clean the device immediately after using. Allow for the device to cool down completely first and then switch OFF the device and unplug the device from the main socket.
  2.  Please ensure not to use damp/wet hands before turning off the switch power or unplugging the device.
  3.  Clean the device with soft, damp cloth ONLY and DO NOT use any abrasive substances to clean the device as it will result in damaging the device.
  4.  DO NOT submerge any part of the product in the water.

TROUBLESHOOTING

REMOTE CONTROL IS NOT WORKING:

  1.  Ensure the distance between the remote control and device is maximum 6 meters
  2.  Ensure the batteries are installed correctly and charged.
  3.  If batteries are discharged please charge or install new batteries.

HEATER IS NOT WORKING:

  1.  Ensure the plug is connected to the power and is switched ON.
  2.  Ensure the side switch of the heater is powered ON. (Set the switch (Point E) to ON position (Refer Figure 1 and Table 1)
  3.  Turn OFF the power and inspect there are no damages to the power cord and plug.
  4. Check if the heater is in standby mode. If yes then set the desired mode temperature to start using the heater. NOTE: If any part of the heater needs to be replaced please ensure it is only replaced by qualified person only.
