MAHARAJA WHITELINE HH-100 lava Halogen Heater

Please read this manual carefully before starting to use your halogen heater.

BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE PRODUCT

The Halogen Heater of CG-FBG series adopts heating technology of remote infrared ray, it has a high heating efficiency, centralized heat and extensive usage. Also it has the function of swinging and turning of automatically. If the heater topples by accident, it can stop working automatically for safety reasons.

ASSEMBLE BEFORE YOU USE

Please assemble the fountain and the body in the order given in the picture below:

  1.  Take two screws from the fountain bottom.
  2.  Place the heater on the flat desk or carton.
  3.  Let the electric wire and plug through the middle hole of the fountain, then fit fountain with body.
  4.  Let two screws through the fountain and screw them tightly.
  5.  Press the plug into the socket.

USAGE

  1.  Please check the following points before you use your Halogen heater A. The heating wire is not damaged
  2.  Please do not use the socket lower than 230V/10A for fear of an accident.
  3.  Use the heater in the flat place. Do not put in an uneven place as the topple switch will be in an abnormal position and the heater will not work when it is turned on.
  4.  If you stop using the heater, turn the power switch to the” ” position, then turn off the plug.
  5.  If you want to move the heater, please turn off the power switch, then take out the plug, and hang on the handle on the back of the heater.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
  2.  Do not use the heater with a programmer timer or any other automatic device that switches the heater on.
  3.  (a) Fireguard of this heater is intended to prevent direct access to the heating element & must be in place when the heater is in use. (b) Fireguard does not give full protection for young children & for an infirm person.
  4.  Do not use this heater in the immediate surrounding or a bath a shower or a swimming pool.
  5.  When appliances are installed please see the picture in the manual & follow the instruction sheet.
  6.  If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by our services agent. (Service center) or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  7.  Strictly avoid using the heater near the combustibles, explosive objects, things easy to be deformed or deteriorate, and area which is full of dust.
  8.  Strictly avoid using the heater where it is easy to topple.
  9.  Strictly avoid stemming the small hole on the heater and inserting anything into the machine. Especially for children for fear of shock.
  10.  When the heater topples or the topple switch is not working regularly for any reason, strictly avoid pushing the topple switch forcibly.
  11.  Strictly avoid using the heater in place of rainfall.
  12.  Because the heater is heated by infrared rays, when used for a long time, the temperature of the things facing the heating element will rise quickly, Strictly prohibit to place the heating side of the heater direct to the infant.
  13.  There is a slight sound when turned on or off, which is normal due to the material expanding when heated and contracting when cooled.
  14.  Strictly avoid using the heater when it is covered.
  15.  Strictly avoid plugging in or off the plug instead of turning on or off the power switch.
  16.  Do not locate the heater under or direct at the socket.
  17.  Strictly avoid using the same socket with other big power appliances.
  18.  Please put off the plug when not in use.
  19.  If there is something wrong with the heater, please turn off the machine, put off the plug immediately and send for repair to service center.
  20.  The heating wire used is treated in a special way and has a long life, please do not use any other heating wire in place of it.
  21.  Strictly avoid using or lengthening electric wire and movable socket.
  22.  For the safe distance between heater and other furniture around, please refer the picture below:

MAINTENANCE

  1.  Please make sure to put off the plug before cleaning the heater.
  2.  Strictly prohibit to use of water to wash the heater, It can be cleaned by a piece of soft damp cloth with a little natural detergent.. Please do not use another solvent like gasoline.
  3.  The machine must be used or stored after it has cooled and dried completely.
  4.  If stop using the heater, please put off the plug from the socket, and store it in the dry place with a rustproof polybag, original packing is favored.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Groupe SEB India {P) Ltd. {“Company”) warrants to the purchaser of this Product that for a period of 1 year on product commencing from the date of purchase, the Company will repair or replace free of charge any part or parts of the product, should the Company be fully satisfied in its sole discretion that the defect/s is/are due to faulty material or defective workmanship only. The warranty will be governed by the following clauses:

  1.  This warranty is valid only if this card is duly signed and stamped by our dealer and is produced along with the original customer’s copy of the purchase bill.
  2.  The warranty period starts from the date of purchase from our authorized dealer only.
  3.  The Appliance has to be used with all normal care and maintenance and in accordance with instructions for use, recommended by the company, as enumerated in the instruction manual.
  4.  The Appliance should not be repaired, tampered or altered by any agency or person other than authorized company personnel or their service centers.
  5.  The Appliances are subject to normal wear & tear, misuse, neglect, accident including technical breakdown, etc. or noncompliance of the instructions given in the instruction manual, improper installation is not coverc:l by this warranty.
  6.  Plastic Parts, which are breakable, are not covered under this warranty.
  7.  The Appliance is meant for domestic use only.
  8.  The decision to repair or replacement of parts shall be at the sole discretion of the company. Unless the product part is non-repairable, a replacement shall not be provided.
  9.  Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period, that is no fresh warranty period shall commence for the said replace/repaired part.
  10.  Liability under terms of warranty is limited to the value of the repairs/replacement of the parts found to be defective within the warranty period. All parts that would have to be replaced shall become the property of the company.
  11.  Under the terms of warranty, installation, free service will be provided only within the municipal limits of the cities/towns where the company has its branches or authorized representatives. Service outside the municipal limits specified above will be provided after charging the actual to and fro traveling and incidental expenses, as prevailing from time to time.
  12.  The decision of the company is final and binding on all matters arising out of this warranty.
  13.  This warranty is issued at Delhi, and courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters by or following this warranty. In case of any dispute, arising out of this the same shall be settled by an Arbitrator, In accordance with the provisions of Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996.
