RAEFLOW P7818 Aluminum Window Dryer Vent Kit
WINDOW DRYER VENT
Installation steps for the Window Dryer Vent:
- Open the window you want to vent out of. Place the hood vent in the open window.
- Adjust the sliding side panels to fit the window. Close the window.
If you choose to install the screen, follow these additional steps:
- Push the screen in the opening at the back of the collar.
- Keep pushing the screen until it sits flat against the lip at the duct outlet.
- The screen will bow outward slightly.
To avoid obstruction to the damper of the window vent, bow the screen inward by pushing it in. If you are using an air intake window vent, bowing the screen in either way is acceptable.
