Overview
How to Wear
Gently insert the earbud into the ear canal, adjust the earbud to the most comfortable wearing state.
When calling, adjust Mic towards mouth to gain better talking experience.
How to Charge
For first time use, please remove the isolation film on the charging contacts of both earbduds. Then fully charge the charging case and earbuds.
Plug in the charging cable to charge the earbuds and the charging case at the same time. The charging indicator light will be solid white when the charging case is not fully charged. The indicator light goes out after fully charged.
Power-on
- Take out to auto power on when the earbuds are in case.
- If earbuds are out of case and in power-off state, keep touching the MFB button for about 1.5s to power on.
Power-off
- The earbuds will auto power off when put in the charging case.
- Keep touching the MFB button for 4.5s to power off.
How to Pair
Take two earbuds out from the charging case simultaneously, then open device Bluetooth and search for “Haylou MoriPods ANC”, finally click it to complete the connection. Put the earbuds back to the charging case and repeat the above operation if the connection fails. After the first connection, the earbuds can be automatically connected to the last paired device (Bluetooth needs to be turned on).
Switch between mono and stereo mode: It is stereo mode after two earbuds are successfully connected. Put one back into the case to power off, the other will enter mono mode. Or pick it up again to resume stereo mode Manual connection: when earbuds are turned off, manually turn on both of them. Wait 2-3 seconds for them to turn on and connect to each other. Turn on device Bluetooth to connect when light on single earbud flashes white slowly.
Functions
Answer the Second Call When there is a new incoming call during a call, short touch the MFB button to hold the previous call and answer the second call, then double touch the MFB button to switch the call, hold the current call, switch to the previous call, and then short touch the MFB button to hang up the current call and answer the call on hold.
Factory Setting
- Put the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the charging case fully charged. Then long touch the earbuds MFB buttons for 10s;
- Clear phone pairing record and TWS pairing record, then turn off, and complete the connection again.
Common abnormals:
- One of the earbuds is mute: Try to put the mute earbud into the charging case and then take it out; If the problem is still not solved after the above operation, try the reset steps;
- The earbud cannot be charged: Check whether the charging case has sufficient power; Wipe the charging contacts with a dry cloth or cotton swab;
- The earbud cannot automatically disconnect from the mobile phone; Check whether the charging case has sufficient power. The earbud will not power off if the case is out of power and will not disconnect from the mobile phone.

Caveats
Warning
- Do not disassemble, repair or modify the product for any reason, as this may cause fire or even completely destroy the product.
- Do not expose the product to environments where the temperature is too low or too high (below 0°C or above 45°C).
- Keep the indicators away from the eyes of children and animals while using the earphones.
- Do not use this product during thunderstorms. Thunderstorms may cause the product to malfunction and increase the risk of electric shocks.
- Do not wipe and clean the earphones or their case with alcohol or other volatile liquids.
- Avoid any contact with liquids.
Note
- Please read this user manual carefully before using the product and please properly store it.
- When using for the first time, please fully charge this product.
- Please charge the product, in case it has not been used over two weeks.
- Please use certificated charger.
- Do not wear earphones for a long term to protect your hearing.
- Do not wear earphones in any situations with potential risks as wearing them may reduce your perception to the outside world.

Daily maintenance
Please do not shower with earbuds. Do not wear them in rainy day. Do not leave
them in washing machine or other extreme situations. Clean them with dry
cloth.

Free Service Supposing any defects caused by quality issues occur within the warranty period, please take this warranty card and purchase receipts to your distributor for free exchange service.
Free exchange service will not be accessed under following circumstances:
- Damages caused by unauthorized disassembly.
- Defects or physical damages caused by leaking or dropping off.
- Damages caused by act of God. Supposing your item is within any damages or defects except the above circumstances, please return to us or your distributor for free repairing.
